On a secluded 20 acre meadow overlooking the Cascades, and surrounded by
forest, a luxurious 12 guest room lodge and cabins combines superb
cuisine, year-round variety of outdoor activities, and total pampered
relaxation.
Winter guests arrive by snowcat, Lodge provides over 40 miles of trails
for x/c skiing, snow shoeing and Snowmobiling. Summer the Lodge
has heated pool, lighted tennis, and primer hiking. The Lodge
features Chef Tom Obregon, and has the highest rating of any restaurant
in the area, Best Places To Kiss.
Secluded in its own alpine valley two miles and 1000 feet above the
quaint village of Leavenworth, Washington, Mountain Home Lodge offers
one of the Northwest's most spectacular settings for relaxation and
adventure. The distinctively appointed cabins and rooms look out upon an
enchanting 20 acre meadow and the grandeur of the spectacular Stuart
Range of the Cascades. An array of outdoor activities, fine dining in a
warm country setting and friendly service make Mountain Home Lodge a
serene resort for all seasons.
Private Cabins at the Lodge:
These two very private cabins are nestled among the
ponderosa pines about 100 yards from the Lodge, both featuring a
spectacular view of the Stuart Range. Each cabin is designed for double
occupancy only. During winter, rates include all meals, transportation
to and from the Lodge, snowshoes, sleds, x/c skis and exclusive access,
with our 24 guests, to over 40 miles of winter playground.
Stuart's Roost:
A spectacular bird's eye view of the Stuart Range
highlights this pine Cabin high atop our ridge. Romantic seclusion
featuring king bed, river rock Jacuzzi & fireplace, two person
shower, wet bar, CD stereo and reading loft. An enchanted retreat
nestled up with the pines!

Ponder Rock:
Perched overlooking Ponder Rock, this Cabin provides
haven to contemplate & inspire with your truelove. Unmatched
beauty & view in the Cascades from the sweeping deck, peeled pine
king bed and secluded loft. A romantic escape with CD stereo, stone
fireplace, river rock Jacuzzi, two person shower & wet bar.

Rooms In The Lodge:
Each of our ten guest rooms feature a unique design with
private bath, binoculars, handmade quilts, antiques, complimentary port
wine, and oversized bath sheets for our pool & spa. In summer, a
full breakfast is included. During winter, rates include all meals,
transportation from the base of our mountain to and from the Lodge,
snowshoes, sleds, x/c skis and exclusive access, with our 24 guests, to
over 40 miles of winter playground.
The Cascade Suite:
A spacious suite with handcrafted pine king bed
surrounded by windows & spectacular Cascade views. Romance lingers
as you snuggle by the fireplace or enjoy your private Jacuzzi for two.
The Hide Away:
Secluded at the top of the Lodge with a private
balcony overlooking the forest, the Hide Away offers a queen peeled
pine bed and comfortable seating area to enjoy a good book from our
library.
The Sportsman:
Rustic NW lodge decor complements this queen room with
majestic mountain view. Avid sportsman decor with fly rods, moose,
bear, but not to worry, no heads to stare at you!
The Mountain View:
A quaint escape with early American decor. The premier
view of the Cascades can be enjoyed from the mission rocker or antique
queen bed.
The Robins Nest:
For the bird lover, this charming queen room is full
of great memorabilia. A seating nook, private entrance and roll top
desk complete this cozy retreat.
The Ranch:
Lasso your partner and head up to a western queen pine
bed and furnishings. Cowboy boots and ranch decor accent this forest
view room.
The Harvest:
Enjoy the antique queen raised bed and down comforter
overlooking the Ponderosa forest. Rock away your cares in the
handcrafted Amish rocker.
The Mountain Trout:
Enjoy fishing? With its queen handcrafted forged iron
headboard and fishing memorabilia, you may forget to enjoy the view of
the forest and meadow.
The Moose:
With a great forest view, this room offers a pine
peeled queen bed, vine maple furniture, and lots of neat moose stuff
(no heads!). A great room to view wildlife from its sunny windows.
The Timber Line:
Enjoy relaxing in the vine maple chair and viewing the
forest. Queen bed, antiques, and private entrance compliment this
room.
Summer
April 1st - November 14th
Rates include a full gourmet breakfast and the use of
our amenities: heated pool, outdoor hot tub, lighted tennis court, 40
miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, volleyball, horseshoes.
Gourmet dining is offered for lunch and dinner by reservation (please
ask for current rates). A two night minimum is required on all weekends
and three nights on holidays.
Winter
November 15th - March 31st
Rates include all gourmet meals and use of our toboggans
for our 1700 foot sledding hill, x/c skis, extensive 40 mile trail
system right out our door, snowshoes, hot tub, and snow-cat or van
transportation to and from the Lodge from our parking area at the base
of the mountain. A two night minimum is required throughout the winter
season and three nights on holidays.

Additional Comments: Mountain Home Lodge
is only accessible in the winter by Snowcat. All guests are transported;
by our heated snowcat. In winter, a four course dinner, a gourmet
breakfast, and a country lunch is included with the room rate. Also, x/c
ski equipment, snowshoes, and toboggans for the 1700' sledding hill. In
summer the Lodge offers a heated pool, lighted tennis, and 40 miles of
hiking and mountain biking for its guests. |
