The master suite is magically romantic with its floor to
ceiling windows over-looking Puget Sound. At night, couples may nestle
in the huge feather bed with softest down pillows to watch the moon
spilling a trail of light across the water as it sinks over the Olympic
Mountains. With the sound of the surf just below and the tiny lights of
a passing ship, this room becomes a dreamers paradise.
In the morning, relax in your own private world, then
kick-start your day with a hearty continental breakfast, left for you
the night before. This service is for the first two days of stay. For
lunch or dinner, be a 'famous gourmet chef' in your fully equipped
kitchen or try a local restaurant in a quaint seaside town. Indeed, this

Cliff House is located on Admiralty Inlet with miles of
driftwood beach to explore. Watch the passing ships from the outside
Jacuzzi or hammock. Explore the enchanting gardens for bunnies or the
tree tops for the eagle's nest. Find yourself surrounded by lush forest
while on a stroll down the long driveway. Whatever you do, you need not
go far to find a special spot to relax."
The Cottage:
A true Island original. Cozy and sweet, The Cottage will
embrace you with its yesterday charm. With a warm country feeling, the
pretty cottage invites you. Forget the outside world and ease into your
private hideaway, with a fireplace to warm you, a petite kitchen and the
bedroom, with a luxurious queen sized bed, romantic as a fairy tale.
There's even a window seat for daydreaming as you watch the passing
parade of ships and seabirds.
In your cozy cottage, pause to watch a stunning sunset
or maybe a deer in the woods. Then nestle into that warm sense of
well-being and an evenings pleasures shared.
We rent the little house to one couple at a time, and a
fine continental breakfast is provided with the first two days of any
stay.

sea air imaginable. Take a bottle of wine to the tree house deck to
enjoy the sunset and moments to remember.
Down a short path you'll discover a stairway to the
beach and miles of beach combing. Bring a picnic, and when the tide is
out, explore under the rocks to find the resident sea creatures and keep
a sharp eye out for sea lions and seals or even a pod of killer whales.
Directions to The Cottage:
From Seattle drive North on I-5 to exit 189 and follow
signs to Mukilteo.
Board the ferry for a short ride to Clinton on Whidbey
Island.
Follow Highway 525 for 10.6 miles to Bush Point Road.
Turn left and drive 1.5 miles to Windmill Drive on the
left (dead end road).
Turn left and go approximately one block to Cliff House
sign on the right.
Turn right down winding driveway to the end and The
Cottage.
Approaching the island from the North over Deception
Pass Bridge, drive 38 miles South to Bush Point Road, turn right and
proceed as above.
