The 11th Avenue Inn Bed & Breakfast is a stately 1906 Seattle classic bed and breakfast home offering eight comfortable guestrooms, tastefully furnished with antiques, lace curtains, lovely artwork as well as an excellent gourmet breakfast, all within ¾ mile of downtown Seattle.

Downtown Seattle is just a 15 minute walk from the bed and breakfast through the neighborhood, past unique shops and restaurants.

Guest have easy access to the Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, Seattle Art Museum, and Seattle's exciting array of excellent restaurants and great shopping. 11th Avenue Inn is also convenient to the Convention Center and is located on several bus lines for easy transportation to just about anywhere you would like to go. Topaz Room:

The Topaz Room is bathed in a warm nutmeg hue, with a twin daybed just right for relaxing. The southern window nearby offers a view of downtown Seattle.

The Opal Room is enlivened by rich accent colors against celery walls. Private bath.

The Amethyst Room is accented with lavender against muted green. Soft north sun delights the window seat beside the bed.

The Ruby room sparkles in red and gold, a large room overlooking a row of lovely backyard birch trees, filtering the gentle afternoon sun.

Emerald Room:

The Emerald room is shaded by a large magnolia. Warm oak furnishings are mellowed by soft greens. A Victorian fainting couch sits across from the window.

Breakfast:

11th Avenue Inn Bed & Breakfast features an exceptional two course gourmet breakfast. Everything is prepared fresh that morning.

The formal dining room, enriched with classical music, is set with fine china and glistening crystal and each course is served with attention and care. Each entrée is cooked to order such that dietary restrictions can be considered.

Delicious coffee, juice, and locally homemade jams accompany the entrées which may include smoked salmon omeletes or oatmeal pancakes, all delicately prepared and beautifully garnished. Upon your arrival at the table, a first course such as fresh seasonal fruit in a cinnamon-zinfandel sauce or a tender baked apple with black cherry sauce will welcome you.

Special dietary requirements and early dining arrangements are accommodated whenever possible.

Business Office:

A business office is provided for guests with 24 hour computer access, printing capabilities, as well as fax, and copier. The office is also a comfortable place to read or study with a comfortable sofa and rocker provided.
