story colonial with a spacious wrap-around porch with rockers and a
swing, a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, plan your day's
activities, or relax with your favorite book.
Furnishings inside the home include beautiful antiques,
counted cross stitch, handmade quilts, and folk art. The parlor has a
display of over 150 antique and collectible pressed glass cup plates.
Outside the home, rockers and a swing adorn this lovely
wraparound porch at the Fox & Grape Bed & Breakfast. Inside the
home, the Parlor has a folk art collection including Noah's Arks, a
fireplace and plenty of reading material.
Stroll just five blocks to the south to Virginia's
restored Colonial Capital. Walk down Duke of Gloucester Street, where
you will find quaint shops, homes and craftsmen applying their trade
using tools and techniques of yesteryear. Visit the magnificent
Governor's Palace and its beautiful gardens.

collection of walking sticks and duck decoys. After breakfast your hosts
will direct you to any of the numerous sites in the area.

Each guest room has a private bath with sinks mounted in
antique dressers.
Three of the four guest rooms feature queen beds and
private baths.
The Queens Lace Bed Chamber:
The Queens Lace bed chamber has a brass and iron full
size and twin size bed with crochet bed covers.
Other furnishings in this room include pieces from the
Presidential Yacht Sequoia used during President Kennedy and Johnson's
term in office.
Surry Chamber:
The elegant and spacious Surry chamber has a queen
canopy bed.
The Yorktown Guest Room:
The Yorktown Guest Room has a queen poster bed with
coordinating fabric to match the wall covering from the Williamsburg
Collection.
The Jamestown Guest Room:
The Jamestown Guest Room has a queen size poster bed
with handmade quilt, a sitting area and oak writing desk.
About The Innkeepers:
Pat's interests include making counted cross stitch and
reading. Bob carves walking sticks and makes folk art style Noah's Arks.
He also designs and has made limited edition pressed glass cup plates.
