Enjoy the grace and charm of our 1890's Victorian in the heart of the Village of Morrisville.

A delicious full breakfast is served, on china in our lovely dining room, where you can relax with a cup of wonderful Vermont coffee.

Guests are served breakfast at a time convenient to their schedule.

When the weather permits... there are the outer porches, patios, and perennial gardens to enjoy also.

Our Guest Rooms:

All of our guest rooms have a very comfortable, premium queen-size bed, with private bath. Each room is equipped with a combination TV/VCR, complete with cable programming. We also have an expanding library of videos available for your enjoyment.

How can we best describe the bedrooms?

Cozy? Comfortable? Inviting? Elegant?

Perhaps a little of each! In a word... welcoming...

Everything in our home says " welcome " there are no strangers, only friends we haven't met.

The Primrose Room:

This was our master bedroom, large, light and airy, overlooking the gardens.

The May-Apple Room:

Very warm and cozy with a country decor.

The Pickwick Room:

Very inviting, with a charming elegance that makes you feel very much at home. Private bathroom is just outside the bedroom door. Robes provided.

The Lilac Room:

Looking for two beds in one room? Our Lilac Room has both a Queen size bed and a full size bed, air conditioner, TV and VCR. There is also a private walk-out deck. Private bathroom is just outside bedroom door. Robes provided.

The Aster Suite:

We have just turned our 3rd floor into the beautiful Aster Suite... entering through the small sitting room with trundle day bed, you come into the main guest room with its two sitting areas, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, very comfortable premium queen bed... then on to the large private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower stall and dressing table.

Living Area:

The inviting living room where you can play some board games or just chat in front of the fire. Perhaps something inspirational to read from our library or if you miss playing your piano...please enjoy ours.

We have opened our doors to travelers looking for accommodations in the older traditions of bed and breakfast by simply sharing our home and our lives in whatever way we can to make your stay in the area a rewarding experience.

Our children, Jennifer and Jonathan, are all grown up and pursuing their adult lives. So... we have tastefully redecorated their rooms (and ours too) trusting you will find warmth, peace and comfort here in the four rooms we have available.

We are conveniently located at the crossroads of Vermont Routes 100, 12 and 15... just a short distance from all the major tourist areas in Central Vermont.

• 15 minutes away from us is Stowe, Johnson State College, Lake Elmore.
• 30 minutes away from us is Waterbury, Smugglers Notch, Montpelier.
• 45 minutes away from us is St. Johnsbury, Sugarbush, Jay Peak.

How To Get To Us:

By car:

• Take interstate I-89 to exit 10.
• Follow Route 100 North through Stowe, approximately 15 more minutes to the blinker light in Morrisville.
• Turn right and go one block.
• Turn left to 107 Union St. 2nd house on the right.

By Air:

• Burlington International Airport is just an hour away.
• Morrisville-Stowe Airport is just minutes away, servicing small private aircraft.
