Hideaway Springs Suite:

Crystal Springs Room:

This lovely room is located on the 1st floor & furnished with a cherry queen poster bed. Beautifully covered with a beige Damask quilt. The French doors lead to the porch where you can relax and enjoy a spectacular sunset.

Powder Springs Room:

Upon entering this 1st floor room you will feel relaxed & serene. This room has a queen spindle bed covered in bright, cheerful colors. It also offers a twin sleeper sofa, semi-private porch & exquisite views.

Colorado Springs Room:

Colorado Springs Room is on the 1st floor with a king log bed & a twin sleeper sofa. Relax in the warmth of a fire or walk out on a large deck & be overwhelmed by the beautiful view of the mountains.

Raspberry Springs Room:

This dazzling room is on the 2nd floor facing Bluff Mountain. Imagine watching the sunset over this exceptional mountain from your balcony. A king size pencil poster bed, vaulted wood ceiling & a warm fire await your arrival.

Royal Springs Room:

Feel the elegance as you enter the Royal Springs room with its king mahogany rice bed covered in a silky, gold comforter, " You'll feel like royalty!" This room also features vaulted ceilings, fireplace & a balcony with a majestic view of the mountains.

Holly Springs Room:

Quite charming & cozy this room offers a cherry king bed, whirlpool bath, fireplace & private balcony to relax after a busy day. Not to mention the exquisite view of the sunrise in the morning as it rises above the mountains.

Newberry Springs Room:

With a cream colored matelasse on the king spindle bed you'll feel at home. This inviting room radiates charm & serenity that ensures a good nights sleep. It also features a whirlpool bath, fireplace & balcony.

Sunrise Springs Room:

This room will remind you of a spring day with its sunshine quilt and lace bed skirt on a queen bed and features a whirlpool bath, fireplace, balcony and great views.

Honeysuckle Springs Room:

This 2nd floor room is attractive & charming. The lavender matelasse covers the beautiful King Mahogany Rice Bed. Enjoy the whirlpool bath, fireplace & private balcony to insure a romantic evening.

Directions to Berry Springs

Berry Springs Lodge is located 1.5 miles south of Dollywood.

From Pigeon Forge turn east at traffic light #7 (Mill Rd.) turn right on (Teaster Lane) then turn left on (Middle Creek Rd.). Turn right on McCarter Rd. (Just past Dollywood). Turn right on Seaton Springs Rd. Proceed up the hill. At top of hill turn left. Follow road to lodge.
