This 1910 English Tudor is spacious enough to accommodate many guests. With room choices featuring views of Lake Erie and or the gardens, our guests have many options which include private baths, cable TV and phones in rooms.

The five bedrooms in use are arranged for comfort and convenience, but also provide an aesthetically pleasing environment full of beautiful antique furnishings.

How to Find Us From Airport:

• I-71 North to downtown.
• Merge with I-90 East and go through city.
• Exit Ohio 2 West (Lakewood).
• Follow Ohio 2 (Shoreway) past Cleveland Browns stadium to first stoplight (Lake Avenue: you should see a gas station on right and lighthouse restaurant on left at light).
• Turn right on Lake Ave. and house is on the left hand side (just a few houses down).
• Address is 9803; look for Edgewater Estate sign on gaslight in front.

From the West:

• I-90 East to West Blvd. exit.
• Turn left on West Blvd. and follow road (be sure to turn right at Detroit to continue on West Blvd.) to Lake Ave.
• Turn right, house is after apartment complexes on right side.

From the East:

• Take I-90 West to downtown.
• Follow Ohio 2 West.
• Turn right at first stoplight (Lake Ave.). House is on left side (fore more details, see airport directions above).

From the South:

• I-71 North or I-77 North to I-90 East through downtown.
• Follow airport directions above.
