Our Inn and guest rooms are as individual as you are. Enjoy spending
some time with our newest 'baby'- a wonderful 85 year old baby grand
piano that we recently acquired for your pleasure! Catch wonderful
concerts by some of our talented Eastman School of Music students and

Several of our guest rooms have working fireplaces, all rooms have
ultra plush bedding, fluffy down comforters. Newly renovated en suite
private baths have towel warmers, hair dryers and plush robes in the
winter to wrap yourself in.
Located just a 10 minute drive from the Rochester International

The Garden Suite:
Whether on vacation or in town for work, enjoy this spacious
bedroom suite with its romantic fireplace, cherry period furnishings.
King size bed with light floral fabrics lending a soft, romantic
setting - perfect for relaxation after a long day of work or playing.
Emily's Room:
Named after the original bride and homeowner, Emily Harris Sloan,
the bedroom boasts a grand mahogany four poster queen size rice bed. A
warm fireplace lends itself to enjoying a good book or writing a
letter at the lovely English writing desk.
The Madelyn:
This light and airy French inspired room with fireplace has lovely
hand painted faux walls for an aged European look. The queen size
French iron bed, antique spinet desk and comfortable slipper chair is
a haven after a long day of work or play. The coordinating new tiled
bath has a large shower with a sunflower showerhead and towel warmer
for your comfort.
The Cottage Suite:
With its warm wooden floors, country French furnishings, wicker and
floral, relax in the sitting area of this spacious room offering a
whimsical setting of comfort to meet any travelers needs.
The Victorian Sleeping Porch:
Exclusively available with the rental of the Cottage Suite.
Adjacent to The Cottage Suite, this year round sleeping porch is
just like Grandma used to have. Children and adults alike have loved
curling up in the twin bed loaded with comfy pillows, quilts and a
down comforter to keep you cozy. This room is perfect for the family
traveling with children, or friends sharing a room. Rented only in
conjunction with the Cottage Suite.
The Inn:
Dining Room:
A full gourmet breakfast is served daily in our formal dining
room. A continental breakfast is also available for those on the
run. In the warmer months, al fresco dining is also available in the
Cottage Gardens for those who prefer an outdoor setting among the
flowers. If you wish some special pampering, request our special
breakfast in bed service! Tea and hot chocolate are available
throughout the day.
Living Room:
A favorite room for gatherings, this beautiful, spacious living
room is the perfect setting for a sunny daylight, or romantic evening
candlelit affair.
Conducive to intimate gatherings, this room boasts antique blue
walls and china white wainscot and wall moldings. Curl up with pillows
on our bookend bowed bay windows, the perfect place to listen to
music, or read a good book.
Library:
The perfect ending to any day or night is enjoying the warmth of a
fire in the homes cozy library. With its carved pillar mantle, wood
paneled walls and floor to ceiling bookcases, guests can enjoy time
spent reading or visiting on comfortable leather sofas and chairs.
Curl up with one of the many video tapes from the Inn's lending
library.
