find us interesting in helping to make your discovery of historic South
Haven a wonderful experience.
These Cottages are located on the Golden Mile in South
Haven, a stretch of white sand beach as lovely as any -- anywhere. From
this location, you can walk to parks, to the corner store to get an ice
cream cone, or to the marina to watch the boats come and go.
Walk down town and choose between restaurants, shops and
antique stores. There is a first run movie theater where if you come on
Thursday and bring your own bag, the popcorn is free!
There is a great atmosphere at Mich-Mona-Mac. Summer
finds our guests playing basketball in the parking lot, roasting
marshmallows over a beach fire, or playing volleyball on the beach.
Relax in the hammock. Rent bikes at the corner and hit the 34-mile Kal-Haven
bike trail.
Come for fall colors. Winter is spectacular here with
cross-country skiing outside your door. Or snuggle up with a good book
by the fire while Lake Michigan puts on a show.

Cottages:
The vacation property has 6 cottages. There are four
2-bedroom and two 1-bedroom cottages. The 2-bedroom cottages each sleep
as many as 6 people. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the
other has 2 twin beds. The cottages are very clean, and the mattresses
are in excellent shape.
The vacation cottages have linens but no towels. The
cottages have private bathrooms, decks, fireplaces, sitting rooms with
TV and VCR, sleeper sofas, and fully-equipped kitchens with family-size
refrigerators, coffee makers, toasters, microwaves, dishes, pots and
pans, and more.
The patio overlooking the water has umbrella tables,
grills, toys for kids, and a beautiful view. The property has a sand
beach, volleyball, basketball, and a fire pit with wood.
Pets and smoking are not allowed. The cottages are not
handicap accessible.
Surroundings:
The lovely lakefront property is directly on Lake
Michigan. Two of the vacation homes face the lake, and the other two
face the fenced yard. Water recreation includes swimming and fishing.
Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback
riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and hunting.
Downtown South Haven on the Golden Mile is within easy walking distance.
Lake Michigan is one of the Great Lakes. Fishing
charters are available.
