About Us:

Shorelands is a relaxed Maine Cottage Resort. The way life used to be!

We've grown gradually over the years and we are constantly adding improvements. Consequently our spotless cottages and apartments are all different in size and style.

Units range from double bed motel rooms up to fully equipped 2-bedroom apartments. In any season, you'll find our prices moderate, and we have some great spring and fall packages.

There's so much to do here at any time of year, and our location allows you to feel so close to everything, yet removed from noise and congestion.

We're not posh . . . we're a friendly, family style resort that many guests come back to again and again for the quiet relaxed atmosphere, cleanliness, attentive service and Casual Country Comfort!

Unit Description:

All units have color Cable TV, small refrigerator, and private bath with modern showers. Cooking units are equipped with pots and pans and the usual cooking and eating utensils. Other amenities as noted below.

4 Bedroom House Rental:

The house is located one mile from our Guest Resort and one mile from Kennebunkport. Also one mile to Mother’s Beach. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 baths, tri-level house. The bottom level with the garage is not available to you.

The first level has an entry, dining room, kitchen, and 15' X 29' cathedral ceiling-ed living room. Sliding doors from dining room and living room lead to large brick terrace with patio furniture, gas grill, and hammock. The second level over the garage has the bedrooms and baths. Master bedroom has king size bed and private bath with large shower.

An outside door goes to 10' X 40' deck skirting second floor on eastern side of house. Two other bedrooms have one full size bed each, middle bedroom has two twin beds. One of the full size bedrooms has access to deck as well. Main bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower is in hallway.

Beach pass to Mother’s Beach is available as well as access to Idlease & Shorelands Resort, with laundry, swimming pool, and access to Parson’s Beach.
