This one hundred year old Victorian sits prestigiously upon a knoll, overlooking beautiful gardens. Relax on our 50 foot porch while you enjoy breakfast, where the only sounds are the birds and the harbor.

The Inn is beautifully decorated with antique furnishings and original wainscoting from yesteryear. As you enter into the parlor, the tapestry and lace surrounds you with grace and comfort. The beautiful Victorian fireplace welcomes you to come and sit and relax with a book or snuggle with your loved one, a perfect relaxing getaway.

Perkins Room:

Luxury room, very romantic, accommodates honeymooners, anniversary celebrations and special occasions. The room is tastefully decorated with European canopy and a king feather bed. The room also has a lovely private sitting area with wicker furnishings, large bath with soaking bath and shower.

Woodbury Room:

Located on the main floor, private deck and own entrance, decorated with beautiful soft hues of yellow and purple hydrangea floral prints Queen European feather bedding, private bath with soaking tub & shower.

Marginal Room:

Luxury King, very romantic, the theme is churbs, European canopy and feather bedding, large private bath.

Josias River Room:

Cozy Queen room with European canopy & feather bedding, overlooking our small pond, private bath a few steps across the hall.

Capt. Littlefield Room:

Tastefully decorated with early 1800's antique furnishings, high bed with queen European bedding, large private bath.

Suite:

The new addition to the Pine Hill Inn is located a two minute walk from our main building. Only a three minute walk to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way and the beautiful rocky coast of Maine.

The Penthouse:

Beautiful private two bed room penthouse offering a large gourmet kitchen fully equipped, family room with fireplace and a large, outside, private deck for your summer entertaining including patio furnishings and a gas grill.

Cottage:

The Playhouse Cottage:

Originally a carriage house renovated into a shingled style cottage at the turn of the century. The Cottage has two bedrooms with a fully equipped kitchen, two double beds, TV and VCR, outside private deck with patio furniture and a gas grill. All linens, towels and bedding provided. Accommodates small families or two couples comfortably. Children welcome. Ideal for stays of a week or more.

Sightseeing:

A short five minute walk brings you to the entrance of Perkins Cove, where the oldest working draw bridge greets you. The cove is a quaint southern coastal fishing village, which abounds with lobster boats, upscale boutiques and restaurants offering a variety of exquisite selections from traditional to the fare of the sea, where the lobster is the king.
