Always Inn is a casual five room Bed & Breakfast
Country Inn offering guests a peaceful country get-a-way just a short
distance from a variety of activities.
Guest rooms offer varying amenities including private
bath, in-room two-person whirlpool tub, antique furnishings, fireplace,
VCR, sofa, full, queen or king size beds, air conditioning, private
outside entrance to balcony or patio, and access to wrap-around deck
with a gazebo spa.
The flowered hillside grounds provide strolls in the
woods, bird and other wildlife watching, a fish pond, with lighted
fountain and fire ring.
Area Attractions:
Nashville, a "Pioneer Art Colony" is home to
great entertainment at the Little Nashville Opry, Pine Box Theater, the
Bill Monroe Bluegrass Hall of Fame, Bean Blossom Festivals, the
Nashville Follies and many more featuring national and local talents. Of
course you can't miss the over 300 shops featuring the works of local
artisans.
Our neighboring cities of nearby Bloomington, home to
Indiana University and Columbus, the "Athens of the Prairie"
offer a wide variety of activities, events and entertainment.
Right down the road is the 17,000 acre Brown County
State Park, Indiana's largest and finest. And Yellowwood State Forest,
over 24,000 acres of hiking, biking & horseback riding trails,
fishing lakes, or just sitting on a bluff staring in awe of the majestic
beauty of the surrounding country side.

Whether it's mountain bike riding, a paint ball
challenge, or canoeing a quiet stream, opportunities are await you. If
your choice is winter sports, nearby Ski World provides great Indiana
skiing opportunities with 15 various ski and snow board runs, with great
cross country skiing available in several locations in the area.
Breakfast:
Each morning you are greeted to great coffee, fresh
fruit and juices, pastries, plus a scrumptious country style breakfast
served in the dining area or on the front deck.

Ham Omelet, Strawberry Rachel - our whole loaf French toast specialty,
old fashioned Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, Apple Pannekoeken with Hickory
Smoked Bacon, Homemade Scrapple along side some oven fresh Johnny Cake,
or our famous Lemon Soufflé Pancakes. Regardless of what the day's menu
is, it will be a special treat!
Rooms:
White Pine:
Our largest room located on the ground floor featuring
a Brass King size bed, private bath with shower, antique furnishings,
queen sofa bed, marble fireplace, and VCR. Anew whirlpool "Tub
For Two" is being installed this summer making this the perfect
romantic suite.
The White Pine room also has sliding doors to the
front patio which features BBQ grill, table & chairs, plus a view
of the grounds." "Ask about our optional candle light dinner
complete with a bottle of wine served on the patio or in your room in
front of the fire.
Spruce:
The Spruce Room is also located on the ground floor,
sporting a quilt covered queen size bed, private bathroom with tub and
shower, couch, VCR, fireplace, and a variety of antiques. This is a
real nice room with lots of privacy.
Honey Maple:
This room is located on the upper level with a
four-poster queen size bed, marble fireplace, private bathroom with
shower, antiques, couch, table & chairs, VCR, plus private
balcony. Very popular for honeymoons and anniversaries.
Silver Birch and Wild Oak:
These two rooms are located on the main floor of the
inn. The Silver Birch features a brass full-size bed & the
Wild Oak a queen-size bed. Each have private bathrooms with shower,
and their own VCR. Both rooms have private outside entrances to the
rear patio adjacent to the hot tub gazebo, wildlife pond and flower
gardens. These rooms provide great privacy and are ideal for two
couples traveling together.
Special Occasions:
For that special occasion, we feature "Dinner on
the Deck". Charbroiled steak for two, or salmon fillet, maybe a
pork loin roast or perhaps Cornish hen, served with in-season vegetables
& potato, garden fresh salad, dessert and your favorite wine. If you
prefer, ask us about our personal favorite nearby dining spots....we'll
be happy to make advanced reservations for you to assure a great evening
while visiting the area.
Relaxation:
A hot tub is located in the gazebo on the outside deck
for your year-round enjoyment and lawn chairs are provided for catching
that terrific Indiana sunshine. A fire ring is located next to the
wildlife pond providing a great spot for star gazing or just being
alone.
Family Events:
With our beautiful wrap-around deck, limited indoor
seating, and hillside lawns & pond, Always Inn is the perfect place
for that small wedding, anniversary celebration, reunion, family get
together or business retreat. We will be happy to discuss your upcoming
