Our gardens abound with color from red ginger, gardenia, heliconia,
bougainvillea and plumeria blossoms.
Palm trees gently sway outside the windows and scarlet flame trees
tower overhead, while the river glides gently below.
Nearby are many fine beaches for great snorkeling, surfing and
sunning as well as the renown Princeville Resort with 45 holes of
unsurpassed golf.

Situated in the charming old plantation town of Kilauea we are close
to secluded waterfalls, hiking trails, kayaking and horseback riding as
well as fine dining, boutique shopping and the Kilauea Lighthouse,
northern most point of the Hawaiian Island chain.
Kauai is a marvelous island with its own special beauty and this bed

Your own secluded balcony invites you outside to unwind and watch and
listen to the river just below.

Each morning, we serve a delightful continental breakfast with
freshly baked pastries and breads, tropical fruit plate, and fresh
assorted juices.
