Tucked away in the tranquil setting of historic St. Augustine, this turn of the century inn strikes a harmonious balance between modern convenience and century old charm.

Originally built in 1897 and meticulously restored in 1983, Victorian House warmly welcomes guests with its charming stencil décor and tasteful antiques. There are 8 guests rooms in all. Four rooms are in the main house and four suites are in the Carriage House. Each suite is lovingly trimmed with unique touches and comforting heirlooms. For the utmost in convenience, all rooms feature a private bath.

Steal away to one of our rooms with a private, enclosed porch which beckons cool ocean breezes in as sunlight dapples the walls through delicate lace curtains. Or for a cozy retreat, choose a room with a personal entrance for the ultimate private getaway.

Juli's Room:

Juli's Room is filled with American country antiques featuring a beautiful queen size iron bed. Sun filled windows give a charming view of two of the oldest streets in America.

Daisy's Room:

Daisy's Suite features a large room with a king size bed, decorated in burgundy cabbage roses, ruffles and lace accessories. Relax and see the sights of St. Augustine from your enclosed private porch.

Jennifer's Room:

Jennifer's Room features an 1870 cherry spool canopy queen size bed, beautiful pine floors with Waverly wallpaper on the walls. Features full tub and shower. This room was featured on the back cover of Bed and Breakfast USA.

Moses Eaton's Room:

This room is a study in white with billowy ruffled curtains, stenciled walls and floors, queen size iron bed. This room has been featured in numerous magazines and also in National Trust for Historic Preservation Calendar.

Pauline's Room:

This room has a private entrance decorated with lace and wicker furniture. Large and spacious with a king size brass bed. Listen to the sounds of the horse and carriage from your enclosed private porch that overlooks famous old Aviles Street.

Hanna's Room:

Hanna's Room has a whimsical décor of teddy bears and hearts with a queen size bed with a wonderful hand made cathedral quilt. The second room has a double bed and is great for accommodations for 4.

Heidi's Room:

Heidi's Room has a flowing wraparound setting surrounding a queen size antique iron and brass bed. The private entrance opens into a cozy sitting room with a couch and a TV. This room features a full bath with shower.

Laura's Suite:

This suite has a private entrance-great for a romantic getaway or longer stay. It features a queen size bed, enclosed porch and a cozy kitchenette. The décor of pinks, lace and hearts helps set a romantic mood

• Limited parking available at Inn, off street parking available.
• Includes 4 course breakfast in the dining room between 8:30 and 10:00am.
