The Sussex House is a retreat and gathering house for small groups of
any kind. It is situated just 2 blocks from the Rehoboth Boardwalk and
award winning beach.
The house is open year round, with weekly rentals available Memorial
Day through mid-September. We have fall, winter & spring packages
available with a two night minimum stay.
The Sussex House features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, spacious living
room, dining room, porch, yard, and large fully equipped kitchen. There
are 6 queen beds, pull-out sofa in the large bedroom suite and rollaway
bed, allowing you to sleep up to 15 people very easily!
We're perfect for special occasions, reunions or small gatherings of
any kind.
The Rooms:
Named after castles in England, all of our guest rooms are appointed
with a queen size bed, color cable TV, and refrigerators. The little
touches that lend convenience to your stay.
The Buckingham Suite:
The largest of the guest rooms, the Buckingham Suite has a spacious
seating area with a loveseat which opens to a full size bed and a
private bath.
The Canterbury and Coventry Suite:
The Canterbury and Coventry rooms are the only rooms which share a
hallway bath. Each room is very comfortable. Perfect for two friends
or two couples traveling together.
The Greystoke Room:
The Greystoke room is a large quiet room with a seating area and
private bath. Perfect for that romantic get-away weekend.
The Sedgewick Room:
The Sedgewick room is conveniently located on the first floor of
the inn. A large room, the Sedgewick has a private bath.
