The Allaire Timbers Inn is a contemporary log Lodge
located in the Colorado Rocky Mountain town
of Breckenridge. The 10 individually decorated rooms with private decks
offer beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range Mountains.
All rooms have private baths, king (or twin) beds. Some
even have the luxury of in-room hot tubs right beside a warming
fireplace. A full buffet breakfast is included daily.
"An Intimate way to Experience
Breckenridge"...
Tucked into the trees at the south end of historic Main
Street, the award-winning Allaire Timbers Inn opened its doors to guests
in 1991. The log cabin construction features native Colorado lodgepole
pine, its faint outdoorsy aroma ever-present.
Innkeepers Jack and Kathy spent several years
researching and traveling bed and breakfast's across the country in
order to provide what they feel are unsurpassed comfort and hospitality
in their mountain Inn. They had a hands-on approach to the design and
construction of the Inn, ensuring that no detail was overlooked.
Join friends by a crackling fire in the log and beam
Great Room. Relax in the Sunroom or read in the Loft, all designed for
you to share quiet times together.
Hearty breakfasts, afternoon refreshments, a relaxing
outdoor hot tub and personalized hospitality make the Allaire Timbers
Inn the perfect romantic getaway.
Amenities:
Each morning your Innkeepers offer a sumptuous buffet
including homemade breads, muffins, jams and flavored butters; a variety
of yogurts and fresh sliced fruits; juices, coffee and teas; and the
Inn's special homemade granola. In addition, a main entree is served to
you at your table.
- Daily fare may include Oven Baked French Toast made
with the Allaire Timbers' own Cinnamon raisin Bread and served with
Vermont maple syrup or Belgian Waffles with whipped cream and
Strawberry Grand Mariner sauce. Additional menu offerings are
Kathy's two national award winning recipes: Tangy Apple Sausage
Quiche and Southwest Brunch Casserole.
- Afternoons bring a variety of appetizers, snacks and
complimentary spirits served by an inviting fire. And there's always
something sweet from the oven: fresh baked oatmeal raisin or
chocolate chip cookies, or double fudge brownies.
- Flavored coffees and teas, and herbal ice tea or
home made hot citrus cider depending on the season, are always
available.
- Relax in the Outdoor Spa located on the main deck,
and enjoy spectacular views of the Breckenridge Ski Area Peaks and
Ten Mile Range.
- Fluffy robes and "tootsie toaster" fleece
socks are provided in your room.
- Early morning coffee is served outside your guest
room door each morning.
- The heated ski and boot storage room, complete with
individual boot dryers, accommodates bicycles and golf bags during
the summer season
Rooms:
Distinctive Lodging:
Named after historic Colorado mountain passes, the
Inn's ten guest rooms feature private baths (tiled showers with
hand-painted designs), king size beds (except for rooms with two twin
beds), and private decks. You can find an abundance of teddies in Bear
Creek Pass or share a mountain view with the bunnies in Rabbit Ears
Pass. Tomichi Pass depicts a southwestern Indian flair while Columbine
Pass surrounds you in the state flower, hand-painted throughout.
Suites For Romance:
Two elegant suites offer the ultimate in fine lodging.
The Breckenridge Pass Suite is located on the first
floor and offers an authentic Victorian setting. The king four-poster
bed is accompanied by turn-of-the-century antique furnishings. Your
personal water-filled spa and river rock fireplace, as well as private
bath and deck, complete the scene of this romantic and aptly named
suite.
The Summit Pass Suite is located on the second floor
with cathedral ceiling and log beams, creating an open, airy feeling.
Your own water-filled spa sits next to a river rock fireplace. The
king log-frame bed is surrounded by contemporary log furnishings. A
private bath and deck complete the romantic setting of this special
suite.
Activities:
Almost 150 years old, Breckenridge is Colorado's oldest
Victorian mining town with hundreds of shops, boutiques, restaurants and
night spots. It truly offers an abundance of year-round activities
including hiking, fishing, mountain biking, guided tours, music
festivals and much much more. And don't forget the beautiful color of
the changing aspen trees in September. The Allaire Timbers' Breckenridge
location places the Inn in the heart of Summit County, home of four
international ski resorts (Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone and
Arapahoe Basin) and four championship golf courses.
Remember, the Allaire Timbers Inn is only a short 12 - 15
minute walk to Breckenridge's new Quicksilver SuperSIX detachable high
speed six person Chair lift, and you can walk to Main Street
Restaurants/Shops in only 10 - 15 minutes.
