We invite you to the Old West where here at Desert Dove Bed and
Breakfast you can relax, enjoy and reminisce.
Our territorial adobe bed and breakfast is situated on four acres and
nestled in the foothills of the Rincon Mountains near the Saguaro
National Park East.
Your hosts, Harvey and Betty Ross, are collectors of books, toys,
dolls, pottery and quilts, just to name a few.
Guests feel right at home in our natural sun baked adobe
accommodations, including great porches and polished colored concrete
floors.
Open trusses in the great room along with the antiques and
collectibles, giving this bed and breakfast its unique ambiance. A wood
burning cook stove in the delightful country kitchen invites our guests
to a scrumptious homemade breakfast.
We are also located near Saguaro National Park.
Guests experience beautiful scenic views of Tucson, Arizona, and the
Sonora Desert. Hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, and bird
watching all located near by in the Saguaro National Park.
Rooms:
Desert Dove has two spacious guest rooms with a private entrance.
Both rooms are beautifully decorated with antiques and collectibles.
Each room has a private bath room, luxurious queen size bed, comfortable
seating area, soft bathrobes and hair dryers.
Awake to the sounds of the desert birds and wildlife and enjoy the
beautiful scenic mountain views.
Early morning coffee or tea awaits you outside your door. We have a
refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board available in the common
area for our guests.
Rooms are modem friendly.
Spa & Garden:
Guests are invited to afternoon treats and relaxing in a serene
desert setting.
Our hydrotherapy spa is a great place to unwind at the end of the
day!
Take in the beautiful sunsets and stargazing, all in the great
Arizona Sonoran desert.
Reminisce:
For those that like a little bit of history, we have an
old, authentic outhouse - it's the real deal! Although not functional,
it is definitely historical, and an interesting piece of nostalgia.
After seeing it, you will be so thankful for indoor plumbing.
Be sure to ask Harvey about his antique car.
