Casa Sedona is a AAA Four Diamond bed and breakfast inn with
beautiful gardens and spectacular Red Rock views.
The Southwest-style inn, designed by a Frank Lloyd Wright architect,
is located in a secluded, juniper-studded area in West Sedona at the
base of Thunder Mountain. Each of the sixteen unique guest rooms
features a cozy fireplace, luxurious bath with Jacuzzi tub, robes,
TV/VCR and porch. Casa Sedona is a totally smoke-free environment.
Guests also enjoy the outdoor hot tub for stargazing and relaxing.
The bountiful breakfasts, featuring Southwestern cuisine, are often
served in the gardens and appetizers are offered in the late afternoon.
With the Inn's special hiking and driving maps (including a day trip
to the Grand Canyon), guests are sure to get the most out of their stay
in Sedona.
Breakfast:
Casa Sedona is known for its wonderful Southwest style breakfasts,
which begin with lots of hot coffee and juice, fresh baked breads and
fresh fruit, followed by a delicious Southwest entrée, Apple French
Toast with maple syrup or possibly a Cheese Blintz Soufflé with
Raspberry Sauce.
Any one of the luscious breakfasts will please your palate and spark
your appetite for a day of exploring. Late afternoon appetizers are
served when guests gather to share their experiences of the day.
Accommodations:
Casa Sedona offers inspiring Red Rock views from a secluded acre of
wooded property. The second floor terraces are the perfect spot to soak
up some Arizona sunshine, gaze at the red rocks of Sedona, read your
favorite book, or count the stars at night.
You can relax in the common areas beside the fireplace, which is
crowned with talismans characteristic of the Southwest. Donna’s music
box collection is also displayed for the guests to play and enjoy.
The guest rooms at Casa Sedona are decorated with a mixture of
traditional and contemporary furnishings and art. Paintings, rugs and
pottery by the area artists resonate with the local color and style of
the Southwest.
Each of the sixteen uniquely decorated guest rooms includes a
fireplace, private bath, balcony or terrace, TV/VCR, single or double
Jacuzzi tub and a refrigerator. You will find yourself pampered by the
addition of plush robes in the closet and hair dryers in the
bath/dressing room.
Our Grounds:
If your primary goal is to rest and relax, Casa Sedona’s
beautifully landscaped grounds provide such a place.
Casa Sedona encompasses two buildings of red rock stucco whose
teal-colored wrought iron accents complement the clear blue Arizona sky.
A sculpted Native American maiden presides over the cascading
fountain at the Inn’s entrance, and colorful flowers, native plants,
and lush flowering vines bloom throughout the grounds. A thick hand-hewn
door at the Inn’s entrance bears Native American carvings.
The lodge pole swing in the back garden beckons you to sit and read a
book, watch a family of rabbits nibble the grassy lawn, or simply gaze
at the colors in Thunder Mountain.
Sedona Activities:
Hiking:
Sedona has some of the best hiking in the world and Casa Sedona is
only minutes away from a wide choice of trails.
Our favorite hiking guide is "Sedona Hikes" by Richard
& Sherry Mangum. The guide lists 135 hikes in and around Sedona,
most rated from easy to moderate. We are happy to loan or sell our
guests a copy of the guide and of course we love to share our own
"trail experiences!"
Sightseeing Highlights:
We have a one page map which will guide you to:
- Red Rock Crossing - perhaps the most scenic spot in Sedona
- Red Rock State Park
- Airport Mesa for a "high level" view of Sedona
- Chapel of the Holy Cross - a church built into the rocks with
interesting architecture, a nice story and wonderful views
- Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, Cathedral Rock, Schnebly Hill Road
(for those with high clearance vehicles), Slide Rock State Park
- Palatki Indian ruins - a detailed map is provided
- The Grand Canyon
General Treats:

arrange golf, tennis, hot air balloon rides, jeep rides, horseback
riding, helicopter tours, Verde Valley Wilderness train ride, and
much, much more.
