Upon arrival at Canyon Villa you will first be awed by the magnificent view of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte looming majestically over the shimmering, heated swimming pool and the lushly landscaped garden.

Either one of the owners (Les or Peg) or another of our friendly innkeepers, will greet you at the door, provide you with a tour of the inn, and help you settle into your room.

Hospitality is our pride. Our knowledgeable innkeepers are available and eager to help you plan your activities during your stay. They'll provide you with area maps and brochures and are very helpful in making recommendations and reservations.

Relax... you're among friends. Our luxurious Inn was designed with you in mind, the quiet elegance offering all the comforts of home. The stately windows reveal awesome views of Sedona's red rock formations. The comfortable furnishings and the Inn's friendly staff will make you feel welcome.

Rooms:

To find a majestic view of the red rocks in Sedona, just open the French doors to your patio or balcony. Or enjoy the same magnificent view while soaking up the sun beside our heated pool, or hiking just off our premises in Red Rock country.

Your room is designed for your comfort and delight and kept immaculately clean by our experienced and caring housekeeping staff.

Each room is individually decorated with style and taste, well insulated against sound transfer, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans and windows and doors that open to let in Sedona's fresh, clean air if you choose. En-suite, tiled private baths feature jetted whirlpool tubs (standard tub in Agave) and showers. Either a patio or balcony, most with our unobstructed red rock views, is just outside and your room is furnished with comfortable beds, made up with fine linens, color cable TV, telephones (limited service), clock radio and CD player.

Room amenities provided for your comfort include the most luxurious robes you have ever worn which hang in your full size closet. In the bathrooms are hair dryers, wonderful soaps, scented bath grains, shampoo, conditioner, moisture lotion, shower caps and sewing kits. Ironing boards and irons are available and huge, absorbent terry towels and robes are provided for your use at the pool.

Indian Paintbrush:

Relax in charming country décor with white pine king bed & TV armoire. Soft hues of peach, green and blue are repeated in the hand-made quilt, decorative pillows and throw blanket that adorn the bed. A beautiful, custom-made stained glass window filters the light in the private bath with standard size whirlpool tub/shower and double sink vanity.

Mariposa:

Romantic elegance can be found here, from the cozy, corner, gas-log fireplace to the pristine, white quilted coverlet and lacy pillows that cover the gracefully curved, pewter king sized iron bed. The adjoining, large, private bath features standard whirlpool tub, separate shower and large vanity with double sinks. TV Armoire.

Claret Cup:

Lovely, traditional décor features a four-posted, mahogany king bed and matching TV armoire which face the warmly inviting, gas-log fireplace. Double sinks and standard size whirlpool tub/shower combination are included in the private bath. The sofa converts to a double bed for accommodating a third person.

Gold Poppy:

This inviting décor hints at the beauty and mystery of the orient. Casual Rattan king bed, matching tables and TV armoire are adorned with beautiful bedding and oriental pieces of art. Repeating the oriental theme, the private bath includes double sinks and standard size whirlpool tub/shower combination. A short sofa converts to a single bed for accommodating a third person.

Evening Primrose:

This inviting décor hints at the beauty and mystery of the orient. Casual Rattan king bed, matching tables and TV armoire are adorned with beautiful bedding and oriental pieces of art. Repeating the oriental theme, the private bath includes double sinks and standard size whirlpool tub/shower combination. A short sofa converts to a single bed for accommodating a third person.

Strawberry Cactus:

Light and pleasing as a solarium, this corner room with view in two directions, is furnished with garden wicker. Blue and yellow Waverly plaid comforters adorn the twin beds that can be made into a king. Colored light shines through the custom, stained-glass window in the private bath with double sinks and standard whirlpool tub and shower combination. Wicker TV Armoire.

Spanish Bayonet:

Exquisite, Old World Spanish décor lends romance to this room dubbed the "honeymoon" or "anniversary" room by our guests. This room includes a beautiful view of Bell Rock as well as a corner, gas-log fireplace, and TV Armoire all visible from the king bed and standard whirlpool tub. The large bath area includes a separate shower, double sinks and full make-up vanity.

Octotillo:

Experience a touch of the southwest in this Santa Fe style room with gas-log fireplace, TV armoire, large balcony and interesting king size iron bed. The sofa converts to a double bed to accommodate a third person. Double sinks and standard size whirlpool tub/shower are desirable features of the adjoining private bath.

Manzanita:

Soft blues and white adorn the antique reproduction furniture which includes a large TV armoire and magnificent four-poster king bed with a beautiful, hand-tied lacy canopy. The adjoining private bath has double sinks and standard size whirlpool tub and shower combination. Imported, Italian tile adds luxury to the bath. A short sofa converts to a single bed for accommodating a third person.

Desert Daisy;

Early American decor includes a hand made quilt with an unusual watermelon design that covers the maple king bed. The watermelon motif is repeated in the room accessories and the custom, hand painted decorative tiles in the private bath. The standard size tub/shower combination has whirlpool jets and is brightly illuminated by the custom, stained glass window. Single sink vanity. TV Armoire

Agave:

An exceptional value, this western-theme room is accented by hand-made Indian rugs and southwest designed comforters on twin beds that can be converted to a king. TV Armoire While this room does not have a direct bedside view of the red rocks, there is a limited view of Castle Rock from the room's enclosed private courtyard. Bath is semi-handicapped accessible. Private entrance.

Breakfast:

Our breakfast is an experience, not to be missed. Served in the large dining room from 8 - 9 a.m., we always serve a choice of juices, a fresh fruit or hot fruit course accompanied by our now famous homemade cinnamon rolls.

A single, hot entrée is served, different each day, of an egg dish, specialty pancakes, waffles or a breakfast bread pudding along with hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate. We are more than happy to accommodate special dietary needs.

Also, continental breakfasts are available for guests who request earlier or later breakfast service.

Awaken to the aroma of homemade cinnamon rolls or muffins and freshly brewed coffee. Enjoy the view along with one of Canyon Villa's superb breakfasts. The menu is varied from day to day.

A gourmet breakfast is just the beginning. Fresh fruit, juices, pancakes, waffles, French toast or one of our special egg dishes will help get your day off to a great start.

Relax:

Relax mornings or evenings in our growing and diverse 1,000 volume reading library available to all guests 24/7. You also have free access to the internet through use of our dedicated guest computer.

In the dining room guests enjoy early morning coffee service as early as 6:15 AM. Complimentary soft drinks, juices, and plenty of ice are available 24 hours a day. Fresh brewed coffee and various teas are ready for guests returning from dinner along with cookies baked in our kitchen daily from "scratch".

Hors d'oeuvres are also included in the room rate and are served from 5 - 6 p.m. each day along with flavored iced teas, fruit smoothies or lemonade in summer and hot chocolate, hot spiced cider and a special coffee service in winter. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages and wine. We have plenty of glasses, set-ups and/or chilling buckets.
