Each day we have visiting moose "that eat all my
flowers all summer long" outside a 700 sq. ft. deck on the back and
side of our home. We have neighbors, but you can't see them.
Casperhouse Bed & Breakfast offers guests 2 private
bedrooms with an incredible view from every room. A full bath is shared
by the two bedrooms (full robes and slippers are available for guest
use). Both rooms have queen-sized beds. Up to six people can be
accommodated. We have a wood burning stove in the main living area as
well as a VCR and various videos... a common area for socializing or
relaxing. Guests may use the BBQ on the deck on Fridays, weather
permitting.
The entire home is newly redecorated, new beds and
furniture. Cable TV, ample off-street parking. There are privacy locks
on every bedroom door. 2 bicycles are available to guests to ride on the
extensive city bike paths.
We offer year-round accommodations. As a bonus, we have
a computer for you to check your email... just so you can keep in touch.

Our home is called the "Gingerbread House". Do

We have a 700 sq. ft deck. We offer full hot or continental breakfast,
and can accommodate dietary needs in advance. Afternoon tea, wine and
cheese (appetizers) included in rate. The entire home is newly
redecorated, new beds and furniture. The living room is open and has a
Cathedral ceiling, Cable TV in each room, off-street parking.
There are 2 golf courses nearby and we have clubs you
can use at no cost as well as bicycles for exploring the city. There are
hiking and bicycle trails, camping, bird watching, whale watching,
canoeing, boating, fishing and tour charters. We have a Sports Center
with an Olympic size swimming pool and racquet courts, and of course, a
library.

winter and of course the breathtaking Northern Lights. We have a wood

We have limited freezer space when needed. Come on up

Accommodation:
We have two rooms with queen-sized beds... both have
beautiful views. All beds are new and very comfy. We have Coleman deep
air mattresses for additional sleeping (excellent for kids and very
comfy). We also have a play-pen/crib for babies.
Each room has a double closet, robes, slippers to
snuggle into in the morning or evening, new carpeting in entire home,
privacy blinds for those sun-filled nights of Alaska, and a collection
of art, mostly original photos.
Games and cards available in the loft area along with
books of all sorts to borrow. Paperbacks are yours to read and keep if
you like. Several famous Country Western Singers have stayed in this
home.

Amenities include everything you would find in your
home; hair dryer, toothpaste, shampoos, razors, etc. The bathroom is
fully stocked because we have anticipated your every need, just to make

Omelettes. We pride ourselves with our eggs benedict, omelets, huevos
rancheros, Belgian waffles w/cream & fruit, pancakes and fresh hot
rolls and muffins. We have basic ham and eggs or sausage or steak, and
eggs for the more traditional. Homemade syrups in season. Hot cereals
including oatmeal, cream of wheat, cinnamon, butter and raisins and cold
cereals if you prefer. Hot bread made daily. Any suggestions are welcome
and can probably be accommodated. You will never leave hungry....

Mont & Karrin Casper both love to cook and enjoy
meeting people from all over the world. We have traveled extensively and

Soldotna. We both love to fish, hunt, ski and enjoy the multitude of
