1900s. The room has its own private bath.
The wide oak stair landing between the bedrooms holds
a collection of antique mirrors in oak frames with one mirror dating
to the 1700s. A Victorian wicker baby buggy and black mourning dress
from the early 1900s are located next to the upper balcony access. The
balcony has antique wicker furnishings for guests to enjoy, offering a

violin, autoharp, guitar, and an assortment of cylinder music boxes
and a rare Symphonion metal disk music box.
One of the sitting rooms has a comfortable sofa, two

unusual oil lamps along with an oak schoolmaster's desk. The desk
holds several slate tablets, early textbooks, and some fiction books
such as Uncle Remus and Huck Finn. There is a prize winning blue and
white Lincoln quilt on one wall.

kitchen houses a large walk-in fireplace with cooking utensils, bucket
bench, love seat, rocking horse and spinning wheel.

room is completed with an antique wicker serving table with white
porcelain tea service.
The kitchen is large with glass cabinet doors. The
guests are served breakfast off of antique red and white Crown Ducal
Bristol pattern china. Again, crisp white linens compliment the Hoosier
