This cosy and
comfortable bed and breakfast is located in a newly designed apartment
at Las Ramblas. This street is the most popular one of Barcelona. The
bed and breakfast apartment has 7 balconies with excellent views of Las
Ramblas from the second floor (without elevator).
This apartment is also just a few minutes walk from the Colombus
statue, the harbour, the seaside, the Cathedral and the Gothic area.
Also very near Palau Guell, Casa Batlló and La Pedrera spectacular
buildings by the famous architect, Gaudí.
The room is newly furnished with one big king size double bed,
private balcony, private living area and a private closet. There is also
another double room with twins beds. The rate includes a light
self-service breakfast, access to a fully equipped kitchen and a big
dining room, 7% vat tax, cleaning upon departure, bed linen and towels
upon arrival.
This is a family orientated bed and breakfast, no stag parties.
Rooms:
There are two apartments located in the same building on the 4th
floor (without elevator), with excellent views to Las Ramblas. One is
with two double rooms with private bathroom, and the other has 3 double
rooms with shared facilities, a kitchen and a bathroom. Access to fully
equipped kitchen, 7% vat tax, cleaning upon departure, bed linen and
towels upon arrival are included in the rate.
Also available are a 2nd Floor Double Room and a 4th Floor Single
Room.

Chambre d'hôtes comfortable aménagé dans un appartement nouvellement
redécoré, moderne et pratique, sur Las Ramblas, l'artère touristique
principale de Barcelone. Cette grande avenue est un des endroits les
plus populaires de Barcelone avec une activité débordante toute l'année:
marché artisanal, théâtre de rue, statues vivantes.
L'appartement , avec ses 7 balcons et une généreuse quantité de
lumières solaire, offre une excellente vue sur le panorama de Las
Ramblas ainsi qu'un accès à plusieurs attractions touristiques: à deux
minutes de la statue de Colon, du Vieux Port, de la Cathédrale et du
quartier gothique, sans oublier la plage ainsi que de nombreux
restaurants de qualité. L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage
espagnol (sans ascenseur).
Nous sommes à quelques pas du Palau Güell, 15 minutes de la Casa
Batllò et de la Pedrera, oeuvres créées par le fameux architecte catalan
Gaudi.
Les chambres sont récement remeublées avec lits doubles grandeur
King, balcons privés, aires d'entrée privée à certaines chambres et
garde-robe spacieux. Les frais inclus les taxes, accès à la cuisine
entièrement équipée, salle à manger, service 'entretien ménager,
draperies et serviettes de bain et déjeûner libe rà disposition de tous.
Un Chambre d'hôtes pour la famille comme pour les week-ends entre
amis, sans la turbulence des fêtes étudiantes.

in un appartamento di nuova concezione. La strada è una delle piú famose
a Barcellona. L’appartamento del “bed and breakfast” ha sette balconi
con un’eccellente vista sulla Ramblas dal secondo piano (non c’è
ascensore).
Questo “Bed and Breakfast” è anche a pochi minuti a piedi dalla
statua di Colombo, dal porto, dalla zona marina, dalla Cattedrale e dal
quartiere Gotico. É anche molto vicino al Palau Guell, Casa Batlló e La
Pedrera spettacolare edificio opera dell’architetto Gaudí.
La stanza è stata recentemente dotata di un grande letto a due piazze,
balcone riservato, soggiorno privato e un armadio personale. Esiste
anche un altro tipo di stanza doppia con due letti singoli. Il prezzo
include una leggera colazione self-service, l’accesso ad una cucina
totalmente attrezzata e una grande sala da pranzo, IVA, pulizia,
lenzuola e asciugamani.
Avvertenze: esiste un minimo di soggiorno di due notti e non
accettiamo prenotazioni di grandi gruppi. Tendenza ad un ambiente
familiare. Non sono permesse feste.

en andravåning (utan hiss) och har totalt 7 balkonger med direkt utsikt
över Las Ramblas.
Detta Bed & Breakfast ligger bara ett par minuters gångväg ifrån
Columbus statyn, hamnen och havet, liksom ifrån Katedralen och de
Gotiska kvarteren. Det är också mycket nära till de fantastiska Art
Noveau byggnaderna som Palau Guëll, Casa Batlló och La Pedrera, ritade
utav arkitekten Gaudí.
Rummen är nymöblerade. Du finner en dubbelsäng, garderob, privat
”living” hörna och privat balkong.
Det finns också att tillgå ett dubbelrum med twin sängar.
I priset ingår skatt, städning, sänglinnen, handdukar och lättare
frukost (självservering), tillgång till ett fullutrustat kök och en stor
matsal.
