The house is a Victorian sandstone house originally
built for Post Master in 1880. The breakfast room and conservatory,
which give guests direct access to well admired rear gardens, were added
later while maintaining the feel and original design of the house.
The secluded garden is a feature of St Ann's House and
guests are welcome to spend time in this tranquil setting.

Activities:
Inverness is an ideal holiday base with many local
attractions - such as Cawdor Castle and Culloden Battlefield, both just
a short drive from the centre of town.
Not to be missed are cruises on Loch Ness, with every
chance to spot the famously elusive monster, or dolphin watching boat
trips on the Moray Firth where you are almost bound to spot these
entertaining creatures.
Hill walking, forest walks and bird watching are all
available nearby.
There are 28 golf courses to choose from, all within an
hour's drive.
Every weekend of the summer there is a Highland Games
event taking place somewhere in the Inverness-shire area.
The ski slopes of Lecht and Aviemore are only an hour
away by car.

Graham served 35 years in British Merchant Navy retiring
as Master Mariner.
Brenda, looked after home and family (three sons) before
attending Catering College as a mature student and gaining excellent
catering diplomas.
Location:
Inverness, the capital of The Highlands of Scotland, is
well provided for in terms of rail, bus and air connections.
Directions From A9 South:
- Turn left at roundabout just before the Kessock
Bridge onto the dual carriageway.
- Drive through the next 3 roundabouts and cross the
River Ness by the Friars Bridge.
- At the next roundabout turn left at the third exit
into Harrowden Road.
- St Ann's is two thirds up the road on the right.
Directions From A82 Loch Ness:
- At the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto
Kenneth Street (signposted Beauly).
- At the roundabout turn first left onto Harrowden
Road.
