Hello and thanks for dropping by. Roy and Lottie would like to
welcome you to Travellers Palm where can enjoy the Caribbean the way it
used to be.
From the moment you arrive you will find a friendly welcome and what
better place to stay with a private pool, stunning views, lush tropical
gardens where can stroll and pick mangos, limes and coconuts. And a
choice of three comfortable rooms. Two in the main house and the smaller
pool room.
We are situated in Olveston which is only minutes away from
restaurants and the supermarket and close to Woodlands Beach, Bunkum Bay
and Old Road Bay. With easy access to the many trails.
You are also close to the spectacular Soufier Volcano and only a
short drive across the Belham valley you can view Plymouth which was one
of the most beautiful colonial towns in the Caribbean but is now
reminiscent of Pompeii, this is a unique experience.
You could choose to join us for an evening meal or drink and watch
the magnificent sunsets or visit one of the local restaurants.

Our rooms are beautifully decorated and fresh and clean. Towels are
changed daily and bed linen twice a week.

Start the day with the freshly prepared complimentary Continental
breakfast and coffee.

More Information:
Included is your continental breakfast which is a fruit plate, toast
or Bagle jelly (jam), fruit juice and coffee or tea. Which is served on
the terrace with panoramic views of the Caribbean.
We also include a welcome service, we will meet you on arrival at the
airport and transport you to Travellers Palm.
You are welcome to join us for family style meals at additional cost
and beverages are available if required.

Note local currency is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar, US dollars are
accepted almost everywhere and the there is an ATM machine at the Royal
Bank of Canada in Brades.
Activities:
Swim or Snorkel:
Swim from the nearby beaches If you like to snorkel Lottie can take
you on a local snorkel safari where you can spot a variety of fish or
even turtles and rays.
Scuba Diving:
Sample a tryout scuba dive in our pool. Lottie is a fully qualified
BSAC dive leader. If you like it, we can arrange some diving with
Green Money Inn & Dive Shop. Montserrat has many pristine reefs
easily accessible from the shore.
Photography:
The Island is a photographers paradise. With spectacular views
stunning sunsets and unusual flora.
Walk or Hike:
Walk or hike in the pristine rain forests, tree fern forest or
elfin woodland or take a pleasant stroll after lunch on one of the
many short trails.
The Souffiere Hills, Montserrats own Volcano Visit the Volcano
observatory and take a tour to see the stunning effects of the
volcanic activity on the landscape of Montserrat. You can take a tour
over the Bellam Valley and see the remains of Plymouth one of the best
colonial towns in the carribbean. Now as spectacular as Pompie.
Turtle Watching:
From June to October Turtles come to the beaches of Montserrat to
lay their eggs, you could see Hawksbill. Green or leatherbacks in the
sea or if you want you can sit out in safety on the beach and you may
be lucky enough to experience the magic of the turtle laying her eggs.

Getting To Us:
It couldn’t be simpler, catch a flight to Antigua. There are direct
flights from Europe and North America then it’s a short hop to the
islands new Geralds Airport. It is also possible to fly to St Martin and
connect from there.
We will meet you upon arrival and transport you to Travellers Palm
where you can enjoy a complimentary drink of Roy's famous rum or fruit
punch as you relax and watch the sunset on the sparkling Caribbean.
