Bed and breakfast accommodation in the green “Wine
Tourism” countryside.
Central location to visit the Friuli Region and East Veneto. Venice,
Treviso, Trieste, Udine, beaches and mountains are all within 1 hour by
car or train.
The Cottage is a pretty English Style villa which offers you 2 lovely
and tastefully decorated twin, double or single use en-suite bedrooms.
One room can have a third bed upon request. Each room has tea &
coffee making facilities and private entrance.
Also available is a small well equipped apartment (55 square meters)
for 2 persons self catering with private garden and garage.
Tasty summer breakfasts and dinners are served in the conservatory or
under the jasmine pergola, in the large garden. The cozy mansard lounge
is a great place to enjoy your breakfast in the winter and it also makes
a great place to simply relax.
Evening meals are available upon request for a fee. If you are
interested in an evening meal, then please ask for current prices. Your
homemade Italian evening meal includes local wine if booked at least 24
hours in advance. Sample menus are available by request.
The Cottage is a non-smoking establishment.

This graceful English style villa is composed of:
A bedroom on the ground floor, double or twin beds, private bathroom
with separate shower, also the possibility of a third bed for children
up to the age of 10.
A choice of a bedroom on the first floor, double or twin beds,
private bathroom with separate shower, and private entrance.
A comfortable living room attic with TV, small library of English
investigator novels and information brochures.

Free Services:
Transport to and from Casarsa Railway Station. The Owners, Ileana
and Giulio, are willing to provide advice about walks and excursions
in the Friuli Region and over.
We are willing to send you information brochures about the region,
traditional feasts and local shows that happen all year around.
By Arrangement:
Transport to and from Venice, Treviso, Trieste airports, other
stations and other destinations. Day tour by car with Giulio and
Ileana is also available. Tennis and ski lessons with Giulio.
Tourism:
There are many small historic towns and castles which are open to the
public. There are of course many ancient abbeys you can visit. Stop at a
traditional inn or restaurant and try some of the typical foods from
this region which include prosciutto di San Daniele, local cheeses,
soups, cakes and wines of course. Cycling tours, hose back riding and
golf courses are also available. Beaches, Aqualand and Day-Spa, ski
grounds and mountain trails are all within 50 minutes by car. Caves and
extreme sports are within 75 minutes by car. Antiques markets, which are
open on the weekends, are close by. Enjoy one of the may traditional
feasts and festivals that take place all year around.

la ville.
Est entourée d’un grand jardin avec une prairie pour le relax, un
gazebo pour le petit déjeuner ombré par deux plantes de jasmin et un
parking privé.
Le ameublements et les décorations sont soignées personellement par
les proprietaires de la maison, Ileana et Giulio, qui sont appassionés
de bricolage, de voyages du Centre-Nord Europe et en particulier de tout
ce qui est Englais.
L'accueil aux invités serait informel même de la part de Jack, un
boxer "Very Friendly".

Frau Ileana und Herr Giulio. Sie lieben Bricolage, und sie lieben die
Reisen in Mittel Norden Europa und überalles in England. Die Aufnahme für
die Gaste wird sein freundlich und auch von Jack, die Hund Boxer.

del paese e dalla stazione Ferroviaria che sono raggiungibili anche a
piedi.
E' circondata da un grande giardino con prato per relax attrezzato,
gazebo per le colazioni estive ombreggiato da due grandi piante di
gelsomino, un portico-veranda e un parcheggio privato.
Troverete un mix di Stile Britannico e Caldo Benvenuto Italiano.
Arredi e decori del Cottage sono curati personalmente dai Padroni di
Casa, Ileana e Giulio, appassionati di bricolage, di viaggi nel Centro-Nord
Europa ed, in particolare, di tutto ciò che è Britannico.
L'’accoglienza agli Ospiti sarà amichevole ed informale anche da
parte di Jack, un cane boxer “very friendly”.

Ehe und ein Doppelzimmer, mobliert und hubsch decoriert, mit jeweils
eigenem Bad und Eingang.
Das Fruhstuck ist besonders einladend, auf traditionelle art, und auf
Wunsch auch full english breakfast.
Die freundliche Atmosfare garantiert enim angenehrem Aufenthalt mit
viel Liebe zum detail.
Zu Ihrer freien Verfugung steht ein Aufenthaltsraum (mit PC + TV),
ein grosser garten, ein Privatparkplatz und eine Bucherei mit
informationen fur Turisten, Strassenkarten und Reisefuhren.

Eisenbahn: Der Banhof vom Casarsa ist 400 m. vom The Cottage entfernt

Flughafen: Triest 57 km. Treviso 77 km.Venedig 84km Die Flughafen
sind per Bus und per Zugleicht erreichbar. Ausserdem gibt es in jedem
der Flughafen einem Autorem Leih.
Der Hausherr steht fur den Transport vom und zum Bahnhof lur "
The Cottage"beherbergt auch Durchreisende. Fur Reservierungen und

Wir sind im frünen des frigulischen Landes, mit seinen Weinberge und
mit seinen Wasserläufen, in der Nahe der Berge und das Meers.
Das Gebiet ist reich von Wirtshäuser und traditionelle
Gastwirtschaft und Betriebe mit der Produktion von destilliert Wein und
von Typischer Speise.

vigneti e corsi d'acqua, a due passi dai monti e dal mare.
