Sixtythree Bed and Breakfast is the perfect starting point for your visit of the “Eternal City”.

Located in the immediate neighborhood of Termini station, it is very easy to reach regardless whether you arrive in Rome by train or by plane.

The close proximity of both metro lines and the bus stop make it easy to get to any other part of the city.

Many of the main monuments and historical places such as Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseum, Fori Imperiali and Domus Aurea, are within walking distance; our location is also perfect for reaching La Sapienza University.

The bed and breakfast is located on the 5th floor of a “Palazzo Umbertino” with elevator.

The apartment was completely restructured on December 2005. Each room has private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV with LCD monitor and hairdryer. Free WIFI broadband internet access is also available for our guests.

Unser Bed and Breakfast liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof “Stazione Termini”, von beiden U-Bahnlinien und dem Busbahnhof entfernt. Dank der günstigen Lage sind die wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Universität sowie die anderen Stadtteile zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus leicht erreichbar.

Die helle und freundliche Wohnung wurde erst im Oktober 2005 vollständig renoviert und neu möbliert. Jedes der vier Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad/WC, Klimaanlage, sowie über TV. Internetzugang ist möglich.

Situato nelle immediate vicinanze della stazione Termini, è estremamente semplice da raggiungere sia per chi arrivi a Roma in treno, sia per chi debba raggiungere il centro cittadino dagli aeroporti di Fiumicino e Ciampino con i mezzi di trasporto pubblico.

L’estrema vicinanza delle fermate di entrambe le linee metro e del capolinea dei bus, rende agevolissimi gli spostamenti verso qualsiasi altra parte della città.

Molti siti di interesse turistico come Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseo, Fori Imperiali e Domus Aurea, sono raggiungibili con pochi minuti di cammino; inoltre la posizione della nostra struttura è perfetta per tutti coloro i quali debbano recarsi all’università La Sapienza.
