We are close to the underground, ten minutes from the town centre where you can easily get to the "Fori Imperiali" and Colosseum. Our B&B in Rome is in Tuscolana-Cinecittà quarter which is close to the public park known as "Parco degli Acquedotti", with wide green space and evocative landscape enriched by Roman Aqueducts.

The road on which our B&B is located on is parallel to Via Tuscolana and it is here that you can find shops of all kinds: several supermarkets, cinemas, jewelers, clothes shops and more. Via Tuscolana is a good place to go shopping and to save your money. Near to our quarter there is "Piazza di Cinecittà" where you can find the bus terminus and within a few minutes walking there is the shopping centre in front of the cinematography's studios.

Bed and Breakfast:

The rooms are to your disposition from hours 12:00 of the day of arrival to hours 10:00 of the departure day. In the service of bed and breakfast is comprised a cleaning every day and the change every linen week. We have rooms with two or three beds, they all have television and they are bright, big and comfortable.

At your time of arrival, we will give you a set of towels which will be changed together with the sheets every 3 days. Breakfast is served from 8 to 9 o'clock and you'll have: cappuccino, croissants, cakes, bread, butter and marmalade. If you prefer we will give you tea, juice and biscuits.

Our rooms are double rooms, with a double bed or with two single beds, with TV, air-conditioning system and refrigerator with different kind of drinks (small fee for each drink).

All the rooms of Mirko’s B&B have been set up in an original and fanciful way. You can try the “Holiday Room” or “My Dream Room”, full of comforts, luminous, spacious and pleasant. These two rooms share the toilette in the corridor (the use of the bathroom is a private use only for the people of the two rooms).

Who hasn't felt an authentic emotion, the pleasure of the discovery, of the vision and of knowledge being in Rome, this wonderful and comfortable city, for a holiday or a stay? At any time, lot and lot of words have been written about this "centre of the world" and of Christendom, there have been written words to celebrate its beauty, the grandeur and its renown for art, history and culture from the ancient time, although the fall of the roman empire, different civilizations have been superimposed and thanks to their works the universal marks of Rome's grandeur have been spread out.

Rome is a marvellous city thanks to the perfection and the majesty of its monuments, for the large quantity and the preciousness of its artistic treasures. Rome is defined as the first patrimony of the world, and it deserves this definition. This city was and still is promoter of great cultural and artistic events of any kind, it is an ambit destination of all populations. Advising to visitors an ideal itinerary is easy but at the same time very hard because of the immense patrimony: art, genius and human creativity which anyone can admire. Anyways it is necessary definition, giving a start to what will surely be a arriving in Rome, to run every street, plaza, park or monument, finding yourselves "flattered" by the sitting room, of its town centre to taste its atmosphere and its charm and the romantic cleverness it's a fantastic experience it is agreeable to have a walk in Piazza Navona, to stop in front of the fountain of the XVII century with the four rivers by Gianlorenzo Bernini, and then from there to reach the Pantheon, and looking up you will be amazed by that linear grandeur. Rome has very modern means of transport like the tube which allow all to move from one place to another easily. Think for a while to the S. Pietro, supreme renaissance architecture, whose plaza is surrounded by the Bernini's colonnade which seems to embrace all humanity. In the Basilica there are immense masterpiece of immortal artists such as Michelangelo, Raffaello and so on.

It's beautiful being in Rome in a sunny and crystalline day, in the middle of the maze of streets, plazas, fountains and monuments of the town centre. Rome is an interesting discovery visiting the fantastic basyls, the Fori Imperiali, the Colosseo. From San Giovanni in Laterano to the Colosseo, walking along Via del Corso.

Reaching Piazza del Popolo, then going back to Via Veneto, and Via Condotti, reaching Piazza di Spagna, with the fountain Barcaccia, which is at the base of the scenographic flight of steps of Trinità dè Monti, reaching its summit you enjoy see the superb view before visiting S. Luigi dei Francesi, where you can admire Michelangelo Merisi's and Caravaggio's masterpieces how could you renounce to the walks along the river Tevere and its decks?

Unser Bed and Breakfast in Rom befindet sich in der Gegend “Tuscolana Cinecittà”, in der Nähe des "Parks der Aquaedukte”, mit grossen Grünflächen und eindrucksvoller Landschaft mit römischen Aquaedukten. Die Strasse, an der unser B&B liegt, verläuft parallel zur Via Tuscolana, an der sich Geschäfte jeder Art befinden, mehrere Supermärkte, Kino, Juweliere und Mode. Die Via Tuscolana ist der ideale Ort für günstige Einkäufe. In der Nähe unseres Stadtviertels befindet sich Piazza Cinecittà, wo die Stadtbusse Endstation haben; in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Einkaufszentrum, welches den Filmstudios gegenüberliegt.

Zimmer:

Die Zimmer stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung der Stunden 12:00 des Tages der Ankunft an den Stunden 10:00 des Starttages. Im Dienst wird das Bett und das kleine Mittagessen eine Reinigung jedes Tages und der Änderung jede Woche Tuch umfaßt. Unseren Gästen stehen sowohl geräumige und komfortable Doppel- als auch Dreierzimmer mit TV zur Verfügung. Bei der Ankunft erhalten Sie ein Handtuch-Set, das zusammen mit der Bettwäsche alle drei Tage gewechselt wird. Das Frühstück steht von 8.00 bis 9.00 Uhr zur Verfügung und besteht aus Cappuccino, Hörnchen, Kleingebäck, Bisquits, Butter und Marmelade. Ausserdem stehen Tee, Säfte und Kekse zur Verfügung.

Jeder Besucher dieser wundervollen Stadt hat wohl schon einmal dieses ganz besondere Gefühl empfunden - die Freude am Entdecken, am Erleben und am Kennenlernen Roms. Die Schönheit, Grösse, Kunst und Kultur dieses "Zentrums der Welt" und der Christenheit wurden in jeder Epoche durch unzählige Worte und Werke gepriesen. Seit Jahrtausenden, auch nach dem Untergang des Römischen Reiches, trafen hier Zivilisationen aufeinander, die ihre Werke hinterliessen; auf diese Weise wurden ihr Rum und ihre Grösse in die ganze Welt hinausgetragen. La rue où se trouve notre B et B est parallèle à "via Tuscolana", où il y a de nombreux magasins de toute genre: supermarchés, cinémas, bijoux et megasins de l'habillement. La Via Tuscolana est un endroit idéal pour faire des achats et en même temps à les économiser. A Cinecittà il y a le terminus des autobus, et il y a aussi un grand megasin vis-à-vis des studios cinématographiques.

Chambres:

Les chambres sont à votre disposition des heures 12:00 du jour de l'arrivée aux heures 10:00 du jour de départ. Dans le service le lit et le petit déjeuner est comporté un nettoyage de chaque jour et du changement chaque semaine de toile. Les chambres à votre disposition peuvent avoir deux ou trois lits,elles ont toutes la télé et elles sont lumineuses,spacieuses et confortables. A' votre arrivée nous vous donnerons un set de serviettes que nous changerons, avec les draps, tous les trois jours. Le petit déjeuner sera disponible de 8 heures à 9 heures, et il sera à base de: café crème, brioches, petits gateaux ou si vous préférez à base de thé et de biscottes avec du beurre et de la confiture, des jus frais et des biscuits.

Qui n'a pas éprouvé une émotion authentique pendant son séjour ou se vacances à Rome? Dans toutes les époques un nombre infini de mots a été écrit à propos de ce "centre du monde et de la chrétienté" pour en célébrer les beautés, la grandeur et la célébrité artistique, historique et culturelle. Depuis millénaires, malgré la décadence de l'Empire à Rome se sont succédées beaucoup decivilisations et les traces de leur grandeur se sont repandues dans le monde entier. Rome était et elle est encore animatrice de grands events artistiques et culturels de tout genre; qui en font une déstination convoitée par les peuples de toute la planète. A' l'interieur de "San Pietro" on a la possibilité d'admirer les immenses chef-d'oeuvres d'artistes immortels comme Raffaello, Michelangelo et beucoup d'autres..Il est très agréable de se retrouver dans une journée ensoleillée et claire à Rome, dans la myriade de rues, places, fontaines et monuments du centre historique, visiter les splendides Babasiliques, les "Fori Imperiali", le "Colosseo". Du début à la fin de chàque parcours: une belle experience, de "San Giovanni in Laterano" au "Colosseo", d'ici parcourir la "Via del Corso" jusqu' à "Piazza del Popolo", retourner à la fontaine "Barcaccia", à la base du magnifique grand escalier de "Trinità dei Monti", et arriver à son sommet d'où on peut admirer le paysagesublime, avant de rejoindre "San Luigi dei Francesi" pour admirer les chef-d'oeuvres inoubliables de "Michelangelo Merisi" de "Caravaggio". Comment peut-on renoncer aux romantiques promenades sur le "Lungo Tevere" avec ses nombreux ponts? Comment peut-on ne pas avoir envie d'insérer sa main dans la Bouche de la vérité? Italiano:

Siamo vicini alla metropolitana. In soli 15 minuti potrai raggiungere il Cuore della Capitale e gli itinerari di maggiore interesse come il Colosseo, Piazza Venezia, i Fori Imperiali, San Pietro, Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna poiché siamo vicinissimi alla metropolitana Linea A Anagnina /Battistini che permette di attraversare Roma da Nord a Sud con estrema facilita’.

Il vantaggio qual è? Semplicissimo! Non avrai il rumore, il caos del Centro usufruendo di un’ottima sistemazione posizionata in un quartiere tranquillo, poco rumoroso e in una posizione strategica a due passi dal centro, vicinissimo al Grande Raccordo Anulare e in prossimita’ dei bellissimi Castelli Romani ( Frascati/ Genzano/ il Lago di Castel Gandolfo/ Ariccia famosa per la sua specialita’… la porchetta (ottima carne di maiale arrostita allo spiedo) Il nostro Bed and Breakfast a Roma è in zona Tuscolana Cinecittà, vicino al parco pubblico "Parco degli Acquedotti" con ampi spazi di verde e suggestivi paesaggi arricchiti dagli antichi acquedotti romani.

La strada dove è ubicato il nostro bed and breakfast è parallela alla via Tuscolana dove sono presenti negozi di ogni genere: diversi supermercati, cinema, gioiellerie, abbigliamento. La via Tuscolana è il posto ideale dove poter fare shopping risparmiando. Vicino al nostro quartiere si trova piazza Cinecittà, dove fanno capolinea gli autobus, e a pochi minuti c'è il centro commerciale di fronte agli Studi Cinematografici. Utile alloggio il nostro per chi dovesse recarsi a Roma in occasione di provini presso gli Studi Cinematografici o per Stage e corsi di aggiornamento Universitari presso l’Universita Torvergata.

Camere:

Le camere a vostra disposizione sono doppie, con letto matrimoniale o con letti singoli, climatizzate, con tv, frigobar con bibite di vario genere al modico prezzo di € 1,50 l’una. Le camere del Mirko B&B sono state arredate con fantasia e originalità. La camera Holiday e la camera My dream munite di ogni comfort … luminose, ampie ed accoglienti.

Le due camere che vi offriamo hanno la toilette sul corridoio ed è solo a vostra disposizione (privato per le due camere).

Vi daremo un set di asciugamani al vostro arrivo che cambieremo assieme alle lenzuola, ogni 3 giorni.

Nel servizio di bed and breakfast è compresa la pulizia giornaliera e il cambio biancheria ogni settimana.

La colazione sarà disponibile tra le ore 08,30 e le ore 09,30, a vostra scelta continentale o stile americana.

Proporre al visitatore un itinerario ideale per visitare la "città eterna" è cosa facile e nel contempo improba, tanto è immane e sconfinato il patrimonio giunto sino a noi: arte, genio e creatività dell' uomo, che orgogliosamente si lasciano conoscere e fruire da tutti. Tuttavia sarà opportuno ed utile citare qui, almeno alcuni fra i più insigni di questi luoghi e testimonianze, per dare a Roma la sua giusta definizione, dando inizio a quella che sarà sicuramente l'esperienza e l'avventura di piacevolissime scoperte.

Giungere a Roma, percorrerla in lungo e in largo, accogliente e splendida in ogni strada, piazza, parco o monumento, trovarsi piacevolmente "corteggiati" dai "salotti" del suo centro storico, per assaporarne l'atmosfera il fascino, la romantica genialità, è un'esperienza unica. E' gradevole passeggiare a piazza Navona, fermarsi davanti alla Fontana seicentesca dei quattro fiumi di Gianlorenzo Bernini, di li, raggiungere il Pantheon , ove, volgendo lo sguardo in alto, si resta abbacinati da tanta grandiosità. Roma è dotata di modernissimi mezzi di trasporto che consentono a tutti di spostarsi agevolmente in tutto il suo territorio, come la metropolitana. Si pensi alla Basilica di S.Pietro, suprema architettura rinascimentale, la cui piazza circoscritta dall'imponente e scenografico colonnato del Bernini, sembra accogliere in un abbraccio ideale, tutta l'umanità . Al suo interno immensi capolavori di artisti immortali, fra i quali primeggiano Raffaello, Michelangelo, fra tanti tanti altri.

E' veramente piacevole trovarsi, in una giornata solare e cristallina, a Roma nel dedalo di vie, piazze, fontane e monumenti del centro storico. Visitare le splendide basiliche, i Fori imperiali, il Colosseo; all'inizio, lungo e al termine di ogni percorso, una piacevole ed interessante scoperta, Roma è tutto ciò: da S.Giovanni in laterano al Colosseo, da qui, percorrere tutta via del Corso, sino a piazza del Popolo, tornare all'altezza di una via Veneto, via Condotti, per rotrovarsi a piazza di Spagna, alla fontana della Barcaccia, alla base della scenografica scalinata di Trinità dei monti, giungere alla sua sommità per godere il superbo panorama, prima di recarsi ed entrare in S. Luigi dei francesi per conoscere ed ammirare i capolavori pittorici di Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio. Come rinunciare alle lunghe passeggiate per il lungotevere con i suoi numerosi ponti? Sono solo alcuni, i luoghi descritti, in ordine sparso, necessariamente, ma Roma si offre al visitatore in modo efficace, tutto ciò e molto di più, troverà chi vorrà conoscerla, per non dimenticarla mai più.
