Il Ghiro is a small pensione in the centre of Florence
and is only a few steps away from the train station S.M.N, San Lorenzo outdoor
market and from the cathedral.
You can walk to all the museums and monuments of the
city from here. In just 5 minutes you can go to the Gallery of Accademia
and to the Archeological museum. In 10 minutes you can walk to Uffizi
Gallery and Old Bridge through piazza Signoria.
This bed and breakfast is basically a small inn located in a very
quiet area. At Il Ghiro, you will have a home like stay because you have
kitchen facilities and laundry service. An Internet connected PC and a
public phone are also available for your convenience. We are also able
to book walking tours and daily excursions by bike or bus for you too!
Il Ghiro is in a very central part of Florence and since
you have your own keys, you can come and go as you please. You can also
buy and cook your own food!
Please note that all guest rooms are on the third floor
and since we are a historic building there is no elevator.
High season goes from March to October and during the
Christmas period from December 23 to January 6.

ll Ghiro è una piccola pensione situata nel centro
storico di Firenze a due passi dalla stazione centrale di S.M.N, dal
mercato di S. Lorenzo e dal Duomo. Camminando in 5 min. si arriva alla
Galleria dell'Accademia (David di Michelangelo) e al museo archeologico.
In 10 min. si raggiunge piazza della Signoria, gli Uffizi e il Ponte
Vecchio. A piedi si puo' visitare tranquillamente tutto il centro
storico.
L'alta stagione va da marzo a ottobre e dal 23 gennaio
al 6 febbraio,durante il periodo natalizio.
La pensione è composta di 5 camere, 3 delle quali con
bagno privato e 2 con un bagno in comune.
E' disponibile inoltre una cucina attrezzata ad uso dei
clienti, un telefono pubblico e un PC. Su richiesta si effettua anche un
servizio di lavanderia.
Il Ghiro offre il servizio di un albergo e l'autonomia,
la libertà, la tranquillità di una casa. Il cliente usa le proprie
chiavi per entrare, può prepararsi la colazione quando vuole e
consumarla al bancone o nella propria camera.
