Set in the quiet and peace of the Roman countryside, this bed and breakfast is placed in Bracciano, only a few minutes from the beautiful lake and the ancient Odescalchi Castle.

Located about 40 kilometres north of Rome, the house offers a relaxing stay in an environment rich in forests, archeological Etruscan sites, itineraries for extensive walks, horse riding and cycling. The bed and breakfast is close to the train station connecting directly with the centre of Rome (St. Peter) and it's located in an excellent position for shops, restaurants and public services.

The House:

The house is structured in two levels and it's surrounded by an enormous, entirely fenced garden. There are three rooms, all with their own private bathroom on the same floor. We have two double rooms, one with a large internal bathroom, and a family room for three or four people, with two double beds. The house offers also a large kitchen, a very comfortable sitting room and a beautiful terrace where your Italian breakfast will be served.

Directions:

From Fiumicino Airport:

• Take the highway Roma-Fiumicino and turn for Civitavecchia.
• Leave the highway at Torrimpietra and turn left on Aurelia street (direction: Civitavecchia).
• Turn right for I Terzi and go straight on for about 15 minutes until the crossing with Braccianese Street. Turn left.
• After about 500 metres cross the level passage on your right side. Turn right on Via Selciatella and go straight until number 13.
