In La Colle-sur-Loup at about 3 kilometers from
Saint-Paul-de-Vence and at only 17 kilometers from Nice and the airport
we welcome you warmly in our villa with 3 beautiful and tasteful
guestrooms.
Each room has been equipped with a private bath or shower room with
washroom, minibar, color TV and terrace.
Our large swimming pool and its nice terrace are at the disposal of
our guests. From here you will have a splendid open view of the
surroundings.
The villa is very quietly situated at only a few minutes from the
village. In the morning a French breakfast will be offered at the
terrace in the summer kitchen, in winter in our cosy dining room. In our
closed garden we have arranged a parking.
About La Colle-sur-Loup:
La Colle sur Loup is an amazingly friendly and pleasant place to
visit. This resort town is surrounded by vibrantly wooded slopes. The
town is only 10 minutes from Nice and less than 1 hour from the Gréolières
and Andon ski resorts.
One of the main attractions of La Colle sur Loup is the River
"Le Loup". The banks of this river are a great place to relax,
do some trout fishing or take a gentle walk..
From pine forests, to fields of flowers... from olive trees to oak
trees... La Colle sur Loup will provide you with a variety of scenery
but with one significant constant... sun. This region provides you with
both ample sun and warmth all year round.
For the more adventurous, explore a wild canyon and take in the
spectacular views and absorb the natural beauty. There are also two
parks nearby which are La Guérinière and Roubert. These parks provide
trails, children's games and a pony club!
When in the town center, you will enjoy the shopping streets as they
not only provide you with good shopping, but the streets themselves are
ancient and thus create a wonderful atmosphere. As you walk down these
ancient streets, you will discover beautifully sculpted doors... a site
worth seeing! At the same time, make sure you visit the famous,
colourful provençal market on Saturday mornings.

About Alpes Maritime:
The department of Alpes Maritime is located along the south east of
France along the Mediterranean. This department reaches the Italian
border and contains the world famous region of Côte d'Azur (French
Reviera).
The reason why this region is famous, besides the sun, fabulous
weather, beaches and ocean is that this department has the Alps plunging
directly into the Mediterranean. As a result, at certain times of the
year you can both swim and ski... all in the same day!
With sun shining here for an average of 320 days per year, you can
enjoy a day at the beach or within 1 hour, be on the slopes!
La Côte d'Azur (French Riviera):
Here in the French Riviera you will find old mansions from days gone
by and luxury homes like you wouldn't believe!
Stretching from Cannes to Nice and going through places like Antibes
and Menton until you finally reach the Italian border, this area is
definitely one which attracts many people from all around the world.
It goes without saying that during the summer time, the Côte d'Azur
attracts sun worshippers. The beaches will contain both the sunbather
and the person looking for a gentle stroll along the promenade. In
Cannes, people walk along the Croisette. In Nice, people walk along the
Promenade des Anglais.
Many tourists enjoy visiting the quaint old quarters of Nice. Most
people will visit the famous flower market. Others visits will travel
along the coast and visit one of the many charming fishing villages. Of
course, there are also famous events such as the Cannes Film Festival.
Other events include Mardi Gras in Nice and the Jazz Festival in Juan
les Bains.

chaleureusement dans notre villa avec ses trois chambres décorées avec
goût.
Chaque chambre est équipée de sa salle de bains ou douche et WC,
d'une t.v., d'un mini bar et d'une terrasse. La grande piscine avec sa
belle terrasse et bains de soleil est à la disposition de nos hôtes.
Il y a une très belle vue et on se trouve au calme et à quelques
minutes du village. Le matin un petit déjeuner vous est offert sur la
terrasse de la cuisine d'été, en hiver dans notre salle à manger.

km van Nice en het vliegveld heten wij U van harte welkom in onze villa,
alwaar 3 mooie kamers ter beschikking staan van onze gasten.
Elke kamer beschikt over een terras, een eigen badkamer met bad of
douche en toilet, kleuren-tv en koelkastje. Er kan gebruik gemaakt
worden van het grote zwembad met mooi terras met ligstoelen en prachtig
uitzicht.
De villa is zeer rustig gelegen op enkele minuten van het dorp. 's
Ochtends wordt U een Frans ontbijt aangeboden op het terras in de
zomerkeuken, in de winter in onze gezellige eetkamer. Er is
parkeergelegenheid op het afgesloten terrein.
