In the heart of the Provence, midway between Avignon and Carpentras,
Anca and Philippe welcome you to “Le Moulin de Souchières”, an old
paper mill built in 1812.
Surrounded by its 2.5 hectares landscaped park including 1 hectare of
garden with swimming pool, Le Moulin de Souchières will seduce you by
its charm and character. You will experience the joy and comfort of
peaceful living in the countryside.
Atmosphere:
The Mill offers all that you need for a relaxed holiday...
You have the possibility to relax by the swimming pool, or just enjoy
the shade of one of the many hundred year old Plane trees and listen to
the cicada's song...
Your children can play in complete security as the garden in front of
the Mill is entirely enclosed plus there is a gate to the swimming
pool.
In the evening, under the freshness of the arbour, Anca and Philippe
will happily serve you a local aperitif before sharing a convivial
Provençal meal with the other guests at the “Table d’hôtes”.
Anca will let you taste some of the typical and delicious Provençal
meals, all based on family cooking traditions like the "Gigot
d’agneau", "La bouillabaisse", "La daube provençale"
or her famous chocolate cake... all served with a good “Côte du Rhône”!
In the morning, Anca and Philippe serve a generous breakfast.
Everything is homemade and fresh from the market!
Rooms:
Peace and comfort...
In the Mill you can either stay in one of the 4 family rooms, or in
the traditional double room. Every rooms has its own atmosphere.
The family rooms have 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with
twin beds for the children, and a private bathroom. The double room has
a large double bed (2 separate beds are also possible) and private
bathroom.
You can relax in the large living room with open fire place in
winter, and in summer the large stone walls keep it fresh inside.
Location:
Located midway between Avignon and Carpentras, you will be able to
discover in the nearby surroundings the Dentelles de Montmirail, the
Monts du Vaucluse, the Mont Ventoux, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, L’Isle sur
la Sorgue, Avignon, the Luberon, Saint Rémy and the Alpilles, the
Camargue...
How to find us:
- Motorway A7, exit Avignon nord.
- Take motorway direction Carpentras and follow this road for about
5 km.
- Get off the motorway by exit: Entraigues est, Bedarrides,
Althen-les-Paluds (about 2 km after exit Entraigues centre).
- On the roundabout you turn left so that you cross the motorway by
a bridge, second roundabout you go straight on.
- About 200 m further, just behind the Hotel du Parc, you turn
right, into la Rue de Blagier (direction Bedarrides).
- At the end of this road at the crossing you turn right and right
again, into “Avenue du Jas”.
- 1 km further, you turn left into la route de Saint Albergaty.
- Le Moulin de Souchieres is situated about 300 m further on your
left.

Im Herzen der Provence, zwischen Avignon und Carpentras, heißen Sie
Anca und Philippe in "Le Moulin de Souchières" herzlich
wilkommen. Eine alte Papiermühle in typisch provenzalische Bauweise aus
dem Jahre 1812 wird Sie mit irhem Charme und Charakter verführen. Im
2.5 ha großen Park mit Garten und Schwimmbad gibt die Mühle der ganzen
Familie Ruhe und Entspannung des Landlebens.
Außenanlagen:
Sie können sich am Rand des Schwimmbads hinlegen oder einfach in den
Schatten einer der hundertjährigen Platanen, um sich den Gesang der
Grillen anzuhören...
Ihre kleinen Kinder können in aller Sicherheit spielen; der Garten
vor die Mühle ist völlig abgeschlossen.
Abends, unter der Frische der Veranda vor dem Haus bieten Anca und
Philippe Ihnen einen hausgemachten Aperitif an, bevor Sie mit den
anderen Gästen eine provenzalische Mahlzeit genießen werden.
Anca bereitet Ihnen eine der vielen Speisen alles traditionelle
Familienrezepte, zum Beispiel "Le Gigot d’agneau", "La
Bouillabaisse", "La Daube Provençale", oder Ihr
bekannter Schokoladenkuchen, alles wird serviert mit einem guten Côte
du Rhône! Alles hausgemacht und frisch vom Markt!
Morgens erwartet Sie ein reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Die Zimmer:
Ruhe und komfort...
In der Mühle können Sie in eine der 4 Familienzimmer wohnen, oder
im Doppelzimmer. Jedes Zimmer hat seine eigene Ambiente.
Die Familienzimmer haben 2 Schlafzimmer; eines mit Doppelbett und
eines mit Stockbett für die Kinder und ein Badezimmer.
Das Doppelzimmer hat ein großes Bett –auch 2 getrennte Betten sind
möglich- sowie ein Badezimmer.
Sie können sich aufhalten unten im Salon mit offenem Kamin im
Winter, und im Sommer ist es hier herrlich kühl.

Im Herzen der Provence...
Gelegen zwischen Avignon und Carpentras, befindet sich "Le
Moulin de Souchières" im Herzen der Provence. Sie wohnen nur
einige Autominuten entfernt für Ihre Ausflüge zum: "les Dentelles
de Montmirail", "les Monts du Vaucluse", "le Mont
Ventoux", L’Isle sur la Sorgue, Avignon, "le Luberon",
Chateauneuf du Pape, Saint Rémy de Provence und "les Alpilles",
"la Camargue"...
Anfahrt:
- Autobahn A7, Ausfahrt Avignon nord.
- Autoweg richtung Carpentras folgen, ungefähr 5 Km. Ausfahrt
"Entraigues Est", Bedarrides, Althen-les-Paluds, (diese
Ausfahrt befindet sich ungefähr 2 Km hinter der Ausfahrt "Entraigues
centre").
- Am Kreuzung Links (über den Autoweg), am zweiten Kreuzung gerade
aus.
- 200 Mt weiter, gerade nach dem "Hotel du Parc" gehen Sie
rechts "La Rue de Blagier" (Richtung Bedarrides).
- Am nächsten Kreuzung rechts, und gleich wieder rechts "L’Avenue
du Jas".
- Ungefähr 1 Km. weiter gehen Sie links "La Route de Saint
Albergaty", die Mühle befindet sich 300 Mt weiter links.

Rust, ontspanning, gezelligheid, Provençaalse keuken... Het is mooi,
het smaakt goed!
In het hart van de Provence, tussen Avignon en Carpentras, heten Anca
en Philippe u welkom in "Le Moulin de Souchières". Gebouwd in
1812 als papiermolen, heeft Le Moulin de Souchières door de eeuwen heen
zijn charme en karakter behouden. Middenin het 2,5 ha grote park waarvan
1 ha tuin met zwembad, brengt "Le Moulin de Souchières" de
hele familie de rust en de vrijheid van het leven in de "campagne".
Ambiance:
De Molen biedt alles voor uw ontspanning...
U kunt lekker luieren bij het zwembad, of in de schaduw van een van
de honderdjarige platanen gaan liggen om naar het gezang van de krekels
te luisteren...
De kinderen kunnen in alle veiligheid spelen, de tuin voor de Molen
is helemaal afgesloten net zoals de toegang tot het zwembad.
's Avonds op het terras drinkt u met Anca en Philippe een lokaal
aperitif, alvorens samen met de andere gasten aan tafel te schuiven voor
een lekkere Provençaalse maaltijd.
Anca laat u proeven van de Provençaalse keuken de traditionele
familierecepten zoals "Gigot d’agneau", "La
Bouillabaisse", "La Daube Provençale" of haar bekende
chocoladetaart, geserveerd met een goede Côte du Rhône! Alles is
huisgemaakt en vers van de markt!
'S morgens staat er een uitgebreid ontbijt voor u klaar.
De Kamers:
Rust en komfort...
In de molen kunt u in een van de 4 familiekamers verblijven, of in de
traditionele 2-persoonskamer. Ledere kamer is ingericht in zijn eigen
sfeer.
In de familiekamers bevinden zich 2-slaapkamers; een slaapkamer met
2-persoonsbed en een slaapkamer met een stapelbed voor de kinderen en
een badkamer. De 2 persoonskamer heeft een groot 2 persoonsbed (ook 2
gescheiden bedden zijn mogelijk), en een badkamer.
In de grote salon met open haardvuur in de winter, is het in de zomer
heerlijk koel door de dikke stenen muren.
Ligging en Routebeschrijving:
In het hart van de Provence...
Gelegen halverwege tussen Avignon en Carpentras, bevindt de Molen
zich in het hart van de Provence. In de directe omgeving maakt u
uitstapjes naar : les Dentelles de Montmirail, les Monts du Vaucluse, le
Mont Ventoux, L’Isle sur la Sorgue, Avignon, le Luberon, Chateauneuf
du Pape, Saint Rémy de Provence et les Alpilles, la Camargue...
Hoe komt u bij ons:
- Autosnelweg A7, afrit Avignon Nord.
- Neem de autoweg richting Carpentras (gedurende +/- 5 km). Neem
afrit "Entraigues Est, Bedarrides, Althen-les-Paluds" (+/-
2 km na de eerste afrit "Entraigues centre").
- Op de rotonde linksaf (u steekt middels een brug de autoweg over)
tweede rotonde rechtdoor.
- 200 mt verder, direct na het"Hotel du Parc" slaat u
rechtsaf (Rue de Blagier, richting Bedarrides).
- Eerstvolgende kruising rechtsaf en meteen wéér rechts, de
"Avenue du Jas" in Ongeveer 1 km verder linksaf de
"Route de Saint Albergaty" in.
- De Molen bevindt zich na +/- 300 mt aan uw linkerhand
Français:
Convivialité, détente, calme, cuisine provençale... C’est bien,
c’est bon!
Au coeur de la Provence, entre Avignon et Carpentras, Anca et
Philippe vous accueillent au Moulin de Souchières. Construit en 1812,
entièrement en pierres apparentes, et autrefois Moulin à papier, le
lieu vous séduira par son charme et son caractère.
Au centre d’un parc de 2,5 ha, dont 1 ha de parc paysager avec
piscine, le Moulin de Souchières apportera à toute la famille le calme,
la tranquillité et la douceur de vivre à la campagne.
Ambiance:
Au Moulin, tout est fait pour votre détente...
Vous pourrez vous reposer au bord de la piscine ou tout simplement
profiter de l’ombre de l’un des nombreux platanes centenaires et écouter
le chant des cigales...
Vos enfants pourront jouer en toute tranquillité dans le grand parc
situé devant la maison et entièrement clos.
Le soir, sous la fraicheur de la tonnelle, Anca et Philippe vous
feront déguster un bon apéritif local avant de partager un repas
provençal convivial à la table d’hôtes.
Anca vous fera alors savourer un de ses plats dont elle a le secret
de fabrication, issu du savoir faire familial, comme par exemple, le
gigot d’agneau aux herbes de Provence, la bouillabaisse, la daube
provençale ou encore son fameux gateau au chocolat, le tout accompagné
d’un bon côte du Rhône! Tout est fait maison et frais du Marché!
De bon matin, un copieux petit déjeuner vous attend.
Les chambres:
Anca et Philippe vous accueilleront dans l'une des 4 chambres
familiale ou dans la chambre double. Chaque chambre bénéficie d’une
ambiance spécifique.
Les chambres familiales sont composées d'une chambre pour les
parents, d'une chambre pour les enfants avec lits superposés ou lits
gigogne et d'une salle de bain ou salle d'eau et WC privés. La chambre
double est composée de la chambre et d'une salle d'eau et WC privés.
Au rez de chaussée vous pourrez vous détendre dans le grand salon
avec sa cheminée.
Situation et accès:
Au coeur de la Provence...
Situé entre Avignon et Carpentras, Le Moulin de Souchières bénéficie
d'une position au cœur de la Provence. Vous pourrez découvrir en
quelques minutes de voiture seulement les Dentelles de Montmirail, les
Monts du Vaucluse, le Mont Ventoux, L’Isle sur la Sorgue, Avignon, le
Luberon, Chateauneuf du Pape, Saint Rémy de Provence et les Alpilles,
la Camargue...
Pour nous rejoindre:
- Autoroute A7, sortie Avignon nord.
- Prendre la voie rapide direction Carpentras pendant 5 km environ.
- Prendre la Sortie Entraigues Est, Bedarrides, Althen-les-Paluds (2
km environ aprés la première sortie Entraigues centre).
- Au rond point à gauche, vous passez sur la voie rapide, 2ème
rond point tout droit.
- 200 m plus loin, tout de suite après l’Hôtel, prendre à
droite la Rue de Blagier. (direction Bedarrides).
- Au bout de cette rue, à droite, puis tout de suite à droite,
l’Avenue du Jas.
- 1 km plus loin environ, prendre à gauche la route de Saint
Albergaty. Le Moulin se situe à 300 m sur la gauche.
