La Cigalière is a Provencal villa situated
between Cannes and Valbonne in a protected natural environment, with an
uninterrupted view that includes the sea, the massive Tanneron and the
base of the Alps.
We offer very comfortable rooms in the middle of the countryside
amongst olive trees, roses and jasmine bushes. Golf lovers and
businessmen are particularly welcomed.
The close proximity of Sophia-Antipolis (10 minutes), Cannes (20
minutes), Nizza (30 minutes) and 10 golf courses within the range of 10
km (6 miles) allow for an almost immediate access to the main tourist
attractions, business and convention centers on the Costa Azzurra.
Your breakfast consists of homemade products that we produce.... and
if you want, you can also take our products home with you.
Rooms:
You can choose from one of three gorgeous rooms which are the Mimosa
Room, the Jasmin Room or the Lavande Room.
All of the rooms have a private entranceway and a modern bathroom.
Additional Information:
The region contains 20 golf courses. Seven of the most prestigious
are found less than 15 minutes from La Cigalière.
The beach, the casinos, and Cannes are only 20 minutes away.
You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Grasse countryside where the
plants that provide the perfume that surrounds La Cigalière are
cultivated.
Nizza and Monaco are also nearby.
About Grasse:
When visiting Grasse, you will definitely want to visit and explore
this old city along with its museums.
The best way to explore Grasse is on foot. You can casually walk the
shaded and historic streets. While walking the streets, the architecture
of the surrounding buildings will help you feel as if you have gone back
in time.
If you want a more organized tour of Grasse, be sure to visit the
local tourist office. At the office you can rent a tape that you can
play and listen to as you walk the streets. Simply follow the arrows
while listening to the interesting history of Grasse.
Whether you explore Grasse by yourself or with the assistance of the
tape, you will be delighted by the magical charm and gentle beauty that
Grasse possesses. Be sure to visit the old squares which include Place
du Petit Puy, Place aux Herbes and Place aux Aires. You will also want
