Welcome to our tastefully decorated, friendly home.
We strive for guest satisfaction and endeavour to cater to your every
need.
For your added comfort, we have installed a pure air and pure water
system and find that it really has made a difference.
Only six steps to each guest room, all of which have spacious
ensuites. King 1 and Queen rooms have a private walk-out balcony where
you can enjoy an early morning coffee and listen to the many songs of
the birds or relax and enjoy a late night glass of wine in the
moonlight.

We serve Starbucks Coffee and varied teas with delicious, nutritious
varied gourmet breakfasts with Niagara fruits of the season and fresh
daily home baking.
Our guests have a relaxed fun time at breakfast sharing stories and
often exchanging addresses.
Rooms:
King Room 1:
The King Room 1 is very quiet and has a very comfortable king size
bed with pillow top mattress and designer bedding. The king room has a
spacious ensuite with a large 5' shower with a seat. The room has a
ceiling fan and French doors to the cedar balcony which overlooks the
perennial garden where one can watch the squirrels and many varied
birds at the feeders.
Our guests enjoy the balcony for an early morning coffee or a late
night glass of wine in the moonlight.
King Room 2:
The King Room 2 is very quiet with a ceiling fan and a very
comfortable king size bed with designer bedding. The bathroom is a
very large four-piece ensuite (with tub/shower.)
Upon request, King Room 2 can be converted to twin beds.
Queen Room:
The Queen Room is very quiet and has a very comfortable queen size
four poster bed with pillow top mattress and designer bedding. This
room is a favourite room for a romantic getaway. The Queen Room has a
spacious ensuite with a large 5' shower with a seat. The room has a
ceiling fan and French doors to the cedar balcony which overlooks the
perennial garden where one can watch the squirrels and many varied
birds at the feeders.
Our guests enjoy the balcony for an early morning coffee or a late
night glass of wine in the moonlight.
Lounge:
A Fawlty Towers' Lounge is popular for reading and socializing. We
are always on hand to help you plan your day and ensure that you enjoy
every part of your visit.
TV Lounge:
We invite you to relax beside the fireplace while you plan your
next day in Niagara-on-the-Lake. A TV and VCR are available for your
enjoyment. The Fawlty Towers comedy series is at hand for your viewing
entertainment!
Breakfast:
Enjoy your first early morning coffee on your balcony (in the King 1
and Queen rooms), overlooking the spacious garden whilst watching and
listening to the chorus of a large variety of beautiful birds.
Delicious varied gourmet breakfasts with Niagara fruits of the season
and fresh-daily home baking. Hot entrées include Niagara fresh fruit
crepes and waffles, omelettes, frittatas, drug free bacon and varied
eggs. Our guests have a relaxed fun time at breakfast sharing stories
and often exchanging addresses.
We serve Starbucks coffee.
Directions:
From The East:
- Take the Queen Elizabeth Highway (QEW) Westbound from Toronto.
- Towards the end of the Garden City Skyway, follow the Niagara
turn-off to Niagara-on-the-Lake (Exit 38B).
- Follow the signs to Road #55, continue on this road to road to
Niagara-on-the-Lake.
- At the seventh traffic light, you will see McDonald's Restaurant
on the right-hand side.
- Continue to the ninth traffic light (continue through the
intersection, you will see Tim Horton's on the opposite corner), you
will see the first street on your left is William Street and second
street on the left is Centre Street.
- We are located the second house from the end on the left-hand side
of the street.
- In summer, we have many deep pink roses at the end of the
driveway.
From The West:
- Take Highway 401, 403 or 3 Eastbound towards Niagara Falls, join
the QEW and follow the directions from Exit 38B as shown above (from
the East).
Ohio, New York and Eaestern U.S.A:
- If crossing at the Lewiston Bridge, directions are as follows.
- After crossing the border, ensure that you can get into the right
lane and turn turn right immediately that you exit the border
control, you will see a sign indicating the right turn to
Niagara-on-the-Lake.
- This is a beautiful drive along the Niagara River Gorge and you
will proceed through the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, along the main
street, Queen Street.
- Continue through the town (you will pass the Charles Hotel and the
Golf Course on your right-hand side.
- Continue to the green highway sign on the right indicating the
left turn to Toronto and St. Catharines.
- Take the left turn up Mississagua Street and then turn right on
the third street which is Centre Street.
- We are located at the second house from the end of the street on
the left-hand side.
- In summer, we have many deep pink roses at the end of the
driveway.
