We are located just 5 Blocks from Victoria's splendid
Inner Harbour where you will find buskers, beautiful scenery, The
Empress Hotel, a fabulous museum, the BC Legislative building and much
more.
Essentially, we are just minutes to all of the sights
and sounds of Victoria!
When you stay at Trutch Manor, you will experience a
grand entrance as you walk by stained glass windows that typify this
"1912 McClure" manor house.
We are located on a very quiet, one block long Cherry
tree lined street. We are close to the Cook Street Village with many
conveniences such as banking, grocers, dry cleaners, antique and
convenience stores and specialty coffee shops.
Beacon Hill Park borders the Village and a few minutes
further to all the amenities, attractions and services of Victoria's
downtown and the Inner Harbour.
Gardening:
Gardening in Victoria is a lifestyle and Trutch Manor is
no exception where you can relax in quiet surroundings in the garden.
For those who want to see a really beautiful garden then
we definitely want to suggest the world famous Butchart Gardens which is
close by.
Breakfast:
Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast in the privacy of your own
suite, on your own time. Weather permitting, breakfast is served in the
gardens.

Directions:
From the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal and from the
Anacortes Ferry in Sidney:
- Take the Patricia Bay Highway (HWY 17) south.
- You are about 20 miles north of Victoria.
- When you enter the city of Victoria... the Pat Bay
Hwy. becomes Blanshard... stay on it.
- Watch for Hillside, then Bay, once you cross Bay you
should get into the left lane.
- Turn left (east) at the next light, which is
Caledonia.
- Go past the Police station, across Quadra, across
Vancouver and to the light at Cook St.
- At Cook turn right (south).
- Go through 5 traffic lights on Cook... the 4th light
is Fort... the 5th light is Rockland... the 3rd street past Rockland
is Richardson... turn left (east).
- The first street on your right is Trutch Street and
we are 621 Trutch.
From The Inner Harbour and The Coho Ferry:
- Once you have cleared customs, you will 'swing' left
to the 'street' which is Belleville.
- Turn left (east) and go through the first two
traffic lights.
- The 1st light is Government, the second is Douglas.
Belleville does a swooping left hand curve north where it becomes
Blanshard, follow the curve.
- You are now on Blanshard.
- Go through the next light which is Humboldt.
- The 1st street north, or past Humboldt is Fairfield.
Turn right or east.
- Proceed along Fairfield (you will cross Quadra,
Vancouver and Cook Streets) to Trutch. Turn left or north on Trutch.
- You will find us at 621 Trutch St.
