Norton's Green Bed and Breakfast is located in Mill Bay,
a community in the South Cowichan Valley (a center of hospitality) on
Vancouver Island.
The motto in our beautiful farmhouse style house is
"come as strangers, leave as friends". We offer a warm welcome
in our three rooms, excellent English Breakfast and comfortable beds -
all at a reasonable price.
Our garden, lovingly tended by your hosts, can be viewed
from all sides of the wrap-around veranda. Dozens of Collector Plates
are attractively hung in frames designed and built by your host.
Norton's Green is one of many Bed and Breakfasts in the
South Cowichan Valley. It is a very special area in which to stay,
either in Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Cowichan Bay, or Shawnigan Lake, where
spring comes early, summers are warm and winters mild.
The South Cowichan Valley is within driving distance
from:
- Victoria (flowers and shopping) - 42 km away from
Mill Bay
- Duncan (a town of totems and a First Nations
heritage)
- Chemainus (famous for its murals)
- Nanaimo (ferries to the mainland of B.C.)
- Close to the Brentwood Ferry
- There is so much to see and enjoy in this area:
- its wineries, its cider works, boating,
fishing, golf, crafts, theatre, fairs and shops.
- Do remember, as you drive on the Malahat, to
pull in at the Lookout to see Spectacle Lake and the Saanich
Inlet, and to marvel at the spectacular views.
