Big White Bed and Breakfast provides you with ski in -
ski out in the village of Big White near Kelowna.

For your comfort, the bathrooms have heated floors to
greet your morning wake up.
The deck has a relaxing hot tub and offers a view of the
Monashee mountains.
The 1st floor leisure room offers a relaxing sitting
area for our guests.
In house massages by a licensed therapist can be
arranged for those aching ski muscles!

There is a friendly dog (standard poodle) in residence
named after the spectacular view of the Monashee mountains!
Location:
Big White is located 55 km (33 miles) from Kelowna in
the heart of the Okanagan Valley BC. The Westridge Area featuring the
Gem Lake Express can be reached in less than 45 minutes and the Village
Centre is only 50 minutes from the airport.
Activities:
Beginner's Learning Area:
A private, separate learning area for you to learn
to ski or snowboard. Practice, get confident, and the hit the
slopes!
Skating Rink:
Our new ice skating rink is open for skating all day.
Skate rentals are available at the Happy Valley retail store.
Helicopter Tours:
Scenic helicopter depart from the Happy Valley parking
area.
Day Spas:
Treat yourself to a massage at one of our two full
service spas. Day Escape Body Care and European Day Spa, located in
the lower level of the Village Centre Mall. Also located in the
Chateau Big White.
Tubing Mega Snow Coaster:
With the new Happy Valley expansion we now have the
Mega-Snow Coaster! This is the largest mountain tube ride in North
America.
Happy Valley Adventure Centre Mega Snow Coaster
Mountain Tube Ride Located at the base of the gondola, this is the
largest tube park at any ski resort in North America. With nine lanes,
and 10 acres of unlimited fun. Ski boots are not permitted to be worn
during tubing.
X-Country Skiing:
25 km or over 15 miles of maintained cross country
trails. Cross country tours begin from the Happy Valley Daylodge.
Equipment rentals are available at the Rental Shop in the Village
Centre Mall. Be sure to get a Nordic trail map, too!
Snowshoeing:
Got the urge to walk and get really fit. Give
snowshoeing a try. Tours start at the new Happy Valley Daylodge.
Snowshoeing tours begin from the Happy Valley Daylodge. Equipment
rentals are available at the Rental Shop in the Village Centre Mall.
Be sure to get a Nordic trail map, too!
Dog Sledding:
Mush your own team of dogs. Experience how Eskimos,
trappers and prospectors travelled over ice and snow during the old
days. A traditional Canadian activity. Guided Dog Sled Tours depart
daily from the Happy Valley Daylodge.
Snowmobiling:
Snowmobiling tours will be starting at the new Happy
Valley Daylodge. Experience the rush of speed and the beauty of your
natural surrounding. Tours will be available for both adults and
juniors. Guided Snowmobile Tours depart daily from the Happy Valley
Daylodge.
Around the Village Sleigh Rides:
Enjoy the scenery on a daily afternoon tour in a real,
horse drawn sleigh.

With over 7,000 patrolled acres, over 2,000 skiable
acres, 24.5 feet of snow a year these are the major activities on the
mountain.
Don't forget that Big White is still the place to go
for a fantastic nightlife at one of our many bars or restaurants.

fireworks and games nights, torchlight parades and more. You will have
to keep your eyes on events calendars to find out what is going on.
