Rooms:
The eleven rooms are large, the neutral tone of the walls create a simple, elegant backdrop for the varying accents of furnishings and fabrics.
Guest suites are spacious, light filled and refined, with views of the meadows, creek and gardens.
Each has its own luxurious bathroom, a small dressing area, bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have a comfortable sofa,
desk, table & chairs, television and video player and all Sydney TV programs are received. A number of videos are available from the library.
The seven large and exquisitely appointed guest rooms are located in quiet seclusion around a central garden courtyard at the rear of the
property. All open onto a deck which leads to a delightful plunge pool and lounging area.
Sydney morning newspapers are delivered to each room.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room, in the courtyard by the pool, or in the sunken garden.
Gardens:
Trees line the driveway and mature trees encircle the boundaries of the 1.4 hectare garden which has become a sought after venue for small
functions.
Wedding parties are drawn to the path leading to the pond, and the statue of The Bather beyond.
Some take the entire facilities of Woodbyne for the wedding ceremony and reception as well.
The formal reflection pool is framed with clipped Manchurian pears. A bronze statue stands at the end of the pool, against a curtain of Bhutan
cypress.
Residents of the hotel can stroll around the gardens at their leisure.

Woodbyne is located 3.5 kilometers south of Berry, on the south coast of NSW, and is a comfortable two hour drive from Sydney. It is minutes
away from historic Berry and Kangaroo Valley, National Parks, beaches, rainforests, Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular.
The Hotel is surrounded by 3.5 acres of classically inspired gardens and lawns set amidst the lush landscape, with the backdrop of the
escarpment of the Great Dividing Range.
Woodbyne is part of the old Jaspers Brush School property, which was established in 1897. The school master's home has been converted into the
guest's lounge and reception.

to surf and sunbake. Both are easy to get to and easy to walk - very beautiful but particularly beautiful in the early morning or late afternoon.
Bundanon:
The spectacular property on the banks of the Shoalhaven River. A gift to the State by the renowned artist Arthur Boyd. This property is open
to the public on Sundays. Bookings are essential.

Guided tours (including viewing Aboriginal middens and cave paintings) or take one of the many signposted walks in the area.
